totally bad hotel. the price of the hotel room (standard) is 2500 as per the website. but the owner will say 4000 for basic rooms. then there was no staff after 10pm. Room service is the worst. I found a wrist watch in my bed. 1. the owner Naresh Ghai doesnt care 2. the staff seemed drunk 3. there is no specific safe parking 4. there are two managers, they will run away in any case 5. the room smelled badly 6. lights in one of the lift doesnt work 7. worst in case of power cut

I stayed in this cheap, third-class hotel, which I can also call Dharamshala. The male staff is totally unprofessional, just like many other aspects of this place. They whisper about guests to each other and seem focused on making more money from customers. Most of the staff only have a 10th-grade education. All the rooms are infested with mosquitoes and flies. Their Air conditioners are not working properly and also, light shuts off multiple times daily. I misplaced the electronic keys, and they charged me a penalty of 300 rupees. It's truly a third-class hotel. Additionally, they charge extra for small water bottles and there is no proper parking available. It feels like a dharamshala that has been turned into a hotel simply by adding extra tiles to the walls and floors. Don’t waste your money on such a substandard place.

It is a good place and locality to have family functions and get together. We celebrated a b'day party there and it was really awesome. They have separate halls based on the gathering and rooms were also available. Based on the food quality, services and staff behaviour and availability it's a recommended one and I am suggesting that everyone should try at least for One time. They have many starters and really taste awesome. Good food and tasty. Highly Recommended. Go for it.

I recently stayed at this small hotel in Ludhiana and had one of the worst experiences. From the moment I walked in, I was shocked by the unprofessional setup. At the entrance, instead of a proper reception area, there were mismatched office tables and chairs scattered around, including a few sets used by the staff. There was no comfortable sitting area at all. Once you head towards the elevators, there's a dirty sofa if you need to sit, which is not ideal. The room was equally disappointing. As soon as I entered, I was hit with a foul smell. The washroom was in terrible condition; the toilet seats were stained and smelled awful. The towels were dirty, and the bed sheets were no better. It was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. We usually book a different hotel, but unfortunately, we had no choice on February 5th and ended up here. I highly advise anyone reading this review not to book this hotel. If you're looking for a much better experience, I recommend Banson Hotel. It's priced similarly, offers beautiful rooms, excellent service, and even a delicious breakfast. Please, do yourself a favor and avoid this hotel.

Rooms had cockroaches roaming around... Smell accross the room ... Although housekeeping was nice, pathetically maintained rooms. Foos was ok...some items were quite good some were not even worth tasting. Hospitality was extremely pathetic... Asked a cup of milk one night for my kid after attending an event at their hotel only... Said kitchen closed, next day the same cup of milk was 100rs... Even though through out the hospitality industry food for kids is free ... How much milk can one child drink... For them to charge this amount... Pathetic service....would never recommend this hotel ever.
