Rooms had cockroaches roaming around... Smell accross the room ... Although housekeeping was nice, pathetically maintained rooms. Foos was ok...some items were quite good some were not even worth tasting. Hospitality was extremely pathetic... Asked a cup of milk one night for my kid after attending an event at their hotel only... Said kitchen closed, next day the same cup of milk was 100rs... Even though through out the hospitality industry food for kids is free ... How much milk can one child drink... For them to charge this amount... Pathetic service....would never recommend this hotel ever.

It is not worth the amount. Room corridor a/c were not switched on. The room had cushions which were as thin as a paper. Washrooms were stinking. When we called room service no response , then had to call reception to which they responded that they will arrange a call- which we never received. So hospitalilty can easily be judged. In short not at all worthy hotel. Zero Hospitalily. They do not respect guest.

Give this one a miss. Absolutely no customer orientation, bad smelly rooms,cockroaches having a free run of the place, no service, and to top it the owner runs it like a jail, with a long list of dos and don'ts for customers. Better check out the other places.

Awesome service and rooms. The breakfast and dinner buffet is delicious. if you visit Ludhiana then please stay there.

Attended a company party here, the food is good especially Non veg snacks, the catering is good, the catering manager was very polite and helpful, the valey parking people were also helpful, the coordination was great in total

The manager of kg hotel is quite rude. He has the attitude of his job because he thought he was very well known to the hotel line and he felt superior. I didn't recommend this hotel for any party booking because they are not genuine person
