OYO 17328 New Friends Hotel

Waste of money and time. On top of that the front desk person and the owner(caretaker) are undisciplined and don't treat anyone like guest. They ask more money from guests before check-in even if the guest has booked a room at this place online at some price. Still, these goon like people ask for more money. My check-in was denied by them for the same reason. They asked more money from me which was completely irrelevant and unprofessional because I had booked a room there through goibibo app by paying the full amount (displayed on app). I tried to make them understand that I had paid full amount and why were they denying my check-in by asking more money? They said that they could not do anything about it and it was my problem as I have booked through an app, so they told me to talk to goibibo repeatedly. They were not ready to listen. I had an email of room confirmation in this hotel. But they needed more money. Completed fraud people. Arguments were started. I was ready to call police. However, I called the goibibo cust care and told them about it. They told me to wait for sometime. Someone from their called the hotel staff and after approx 30 min, they allowed my check-in. It was a mess completely, no management, no courtesy, no professionalism, no customer service. I will never visit this hotel again. Pathetic experience.

so bad experience with this hotel don't come here with oyo booking otherwise you will be treated as a non payable guest. Continue Hotel manager will be say for extra payment. and no-one is here to hear you and what you want..just excuse..please don't. otherwise you will waste your money with such type cheaf staff.

Very bed He say oyo sell our room in very low rate so we do not give you any room Or They say We not give you breakfast. There is no lift & high steps Very small room with dirty smell

Visited Ludhiana for first time. Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. Hotel is situated near railway station. Room is small. Not good for couple. Bed is really uncomfortable. Uncleaned bedsheets. AC was off. Will not recommend for more than one night.

Very dirty and smelling & small Hotel room and its staff behaviour specially Manager behaviour was very rude... so without any urgency try to avoid check in....

In Make my trip (rent Rs.632).but the Owner said not available for below Rs.800,,,,we are not accept the rate (which in make my trip rate),,,but Room is good,,,, single bed room not available in this Hotel

There was a very nice room. Cleaning is also good. Customers also listen to things.
