Hotel Mayur Classic - Hotel In Ludhiana

Single ladies and families - Please stay away. At recipient, in the evening,you may find 4-7 men talking loudly. The main boy at reception is uneducated and talks rude and arguments. Pls check AC works or not before giving your Aadhaar. AC was not working and when complaint was done the reception buy shouted. He had to change our room because my mother also had to come down from third floor. At night, i felt unsafe with my mother because the boy at reception talks rude and looks like a Goon/Gunda. Not Recommended. There are many cheap hotels near Ghanta Ghar.

The rooms was very small and untidy. Their customer service wasn't great either. I stayed there for 2 nights. But didn't enjoy the stay there. They have to improve a lot in cleanliness. The hotel itself is not easily accessible, doesn't have a car parking. The hotel is in a street which is narrow for even one car. So if you're driving a car, this place is not for you. Also the streets were very untidy and looked dodgy.

Smoking smell in the rooms and dirty place. Unmannered room attended staff, very uncomfortable if you are with your family.

Absolutely a great choice to stay...staff is totally friendly and the stereotypical punjabi culture reflects in thier accent which attracts u alot towards thier tune....#Ludhiania#MANCHESTEROFINDIA
