Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing. The room was not properly cleaned, and the bathroom had an unpleasant odor. Despite informing the staff, the issue was not resolved. The room facilities were disappointing. The TV and intercom didn’t work throughout my stay, which caused a lot of inconvenience. Even after requesting a room change, the issues remained the same. Both the TV and intercom were not working in the new room as well. Very disappointing, as I expected at least the basic facilities to function properly. This hotel needs to maintain its equipment better

The smell in the rooms was harshly disturbing,the space in the room wasn't enough.My experience was not good at all. We asked for water bottles in the night but we didn't get them, and it's morning now . I was expecting a comfort and good sleep after exhausting travelling. I had to cope with all these circumstances. I would like to advice you to improve your services. And better accomodation with customers.

The location is ideal—peaceful yet within easy reach of the city’s main attractions. Breakfast was a highlight, with a great variety and fresh ingredients. We felt truly taken care of and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Staff is rude. AC not working. No water at wash basin. My precious rupees 2800 should be refunded. They sold is a room at 2800. And the room was not worth even 800. The electrician was soldering the plug board in front of me and my wife and little child during dinner time. Choose any other hotel at the same road at half price.

Unpleasant Stay at Clarion Inn Sevilla My recent stay at Clarion Inn Sevilla was disappointing and far below the standards expected from a reputed hotel. The room lacked basic essentials such as toiletries, and the towels provided were stained and unhygienic. There was no cutlery available, which made it difficult to manage even basic in-room dining. Cleanliness and attention to guest comfort were clearly lacking throughout the property. What made the experience even worse was the behavior of the front desk staff. The receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional when approached with simple queries. Hospitality begins with respectful communication, and unfortunately, that was completely missing here. I hope the hotel management seriously addresses these concerns to improve service quality for future guests.
