I would rate this hotel 3 stars. The room I stayed in had a couple of issues, such as no hot water for bathing and a TV that wouldn't turn on, even though other rooms had the same problem. Additionally, when we tried to enter the room using the key card, it didn't work, and we had to request a physical key from the staff. However, the dining experience was excellent, as the breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all fantastic. Despite some inconveniences, the overall experience was decent, but improvements in room facilities and maintenance would make it a more comfortable stay.

Worst Hotel Service. They did a fraud with us. We booked 16 rooms and 2 banquet halls for the ring ceremony. At the end moment they informed us they have over booked the banquet hall please adjust, hence ruining our great function. The managers are telling its owner’s mistake and they can’t do anything. Wanted to call police but didn’t want to ruin my wedding. Recommend you not to trust this hotel.

Trash place went for a school trip, rooms are pathetic not at all worth it, pictures are misleading as they provided only for the suite rooms. I wish I could have rated it a 0. The ACs, fans does not work properly at all. The toilet hasn't been clean since it's last use. The rooms are dusty, cracks are present on the walls and even some small stains are present on the bed. The additional bed is useless, it's rock hard and not at all soft. It's the same as sleeping on the floor.

Rooms are dirty and smelling. Bath room is too worst and not hot water facility. Room could not able to unlock even with master key, if we lock from outside we cannot open again, this shows poor in safety. Service is too bad, lot of time taking for check in, no system at all. Food was very bad. Many things to say, hence I do not suggest this hotel for others.

Worst stay ever with this Hotel. I stayed in this hotel from 16th to 18th Nov’24 and would like to highlight that everything was worst here. Staff, service, hotel maintainence, behaviour, curtsy, customer hospitality. Request to all NEVER ever book this hotel.
