Park Plaza Chandigarh Zirakpur

We had a great experience visiting Park Plaza. Very good hospitality. Friendly staff. The food was simply outstanding! One of the best I have had so far... Definitely my go to place whenever I am in Chandigarh. Would highly recommend this place especially for the food.

Had an exceptional experience at the hotel. Breakfast was amazing. Gaurav at the breakfast table was went above and beyond to help with anything and everything we required. Really appreciate!! Will be back soon.

Room not ready, beds not enough, sheets on extra bed offered were crumpled and had to request ironed sheets. Service awful. Bar staff were unprofessional and rude. Beverages on offer were poor. Managers were unable to resolve problems and disappeared. Food not great and bedding not up to standard. Others unable to sleep in their bedding! Sub standard hotel - excuse of bring a ‘Corporate’ not good enough / would not recommend !!!!

This is on Highway towards Ambala to Chandigarh. A great hotel with great services. Rooms are of top quality and the food is just awesome. They have multi cuisine restaurant and you will enjoy your food a lot.

Rooms are clean though the basins in washrooms are not very neat. Staff is very good very courteous. Breakfast spread is nice & servers at the breakfast are very polite. Would like to mention gaurav for his efficiency & service.. overall its a good place for short stays.

Great stay at the park plaza. Went to fitness center and Gurpreet had me exercise beyond my limits and I felt great at the end. Very respectful and kind staff all around.

Best location, best food. Breakfast service was extra ordinary thanks to Gaurav. But need to highlight the rooms are not kept in a very proper manner. And after 10 pm you are on your own. No manager for Escalations is available.

We had our marriage function in park plaza Zirakpur. Best hotal in Zirakpur. Hats off to the complete management team for excellent service and hospitality. Special thanks to all team for taking care . Huge Thanks you!!
