Hotel Carnival

I recently stayed at this hotel, and I must say it was a terrible experience. From the moment we arrived, the communication was very poor and unprofessional. We were expecting a hassle-free check-in and proper parking facilities, but that was not the case. The hotel did not have proper parking spaces available for guests. Instead, they instructed us to leave our car in front of the hotel and assured us they would handle the parking. We reluctantly agreed and handed over our car keys to the staff. The next morning, when we checked our car, we were shocked to find a dent in the backside of the bumper. When we confronted the hotel staff about it, they immediately denied responsibility and blamed us, claiming that we hadn't parked the car properly. This was completely unacceptable, considering they were the ones who took the keys and parked the car. I asked to see the camera footage to verify what happened, but the staff couldn't provide it at that moment. They promised to show it to me later in the evening, which never happened. I waited all day, but no one got back to me with any recording or explanation. This lack of accountability and transparency from the hotel is extremely disappointing. They showed no concern for the damage caused to my car and failed to provide any form of customer service. The staff were unhelpful, dismissive, and did not take responsibility for their actions. This experience has left a bad impression on me, and I will never stay at this hotel again. I would advise anyone considering this hotel to think twice and look for better options. There are plenty of other places that offer professional service and care about their guests' satisfaction. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this hotel at all costs!

Nice Hotel, We Have Stayed in Honeymoon Suite Room I Think Its a best Room In Best Prices I have Searched Many Hotels In Bath Tub Catagory But I Didn't Find Any Good Deal Like Carnival Hotel Honey Moon Suite Room ... Only One Thing For Management That Please Change All The Charging Sockets of The Rooms The Recent Socket Are Very Bad No Charger are Holding in That Socket ... And The Drange System Of the Bathroom Is Also Has To Be Repair Once .. But These are Normal Problem I Still Want To Give 5 Star For Room , Room Service and Staff 😀😀😀 Fully Satisfied

1)Rooms are clean. 2)Staff is supportive. 3) Food is good. Overall I stayed for around 20 days but never felt unfamiliar. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend to all. 5/5

I booked for 2 nights but i can't survive one day in this hotel Digusting rooms unhygienic washrooms , washrooms leakage issue No amenities in room no bucket or mug in the room Dirty quilt dirty bed sheet ,Smell in the rooms Please don't book this hotel at all

Not find that much quality as per the pricing Stay for a day in room 203 in july 2024 Room is small. No hangers/almirah for clothes to hung No dormats, no tv remote, wash basin tap is broken For two ppl they provided one towel Dormats, tv remote towel provided after 3 calls In morning paneer parantha preparation taken 30+ mins. Hotel is clean, have lift and on road
