Treebo Trend JJ Crown - Hotel in Chandigarh

Excellent staff, Good location(Depending on where you need to be) Rooms do need a bit of upkeep, but the older furniture gives it a certain charm. There is Parking within the premises... Personally that is a priority for us. Food at the restaurant is also worth a mention. Service at the restaurant is great too. Hope they keep their standards high.

So. I've got mixed feelings about this place. Starting with the ambience. I like it. The outside area is somewhere you can sit and chill. Indoors are well decorated too. Not at all cozy. However,the service here is what I would expect to be a lot better. Food was amazing. But it is partly cos we had to wait for half hour for it. So,yeah.

The food was good and the waiters were very hospitable. It just took a little longer than we expected for the food to arrive at our table. The Masala tea really has a spiced zing to it. Try it if you have a cold.

Good reception staff and clean toilets in the room and favourable location were the positives. Rooms were spacious but A/c did not work, there was no net access on wifi despite changing 2 rooms to seek wifi connectivity, no room service after 11pm is a big negative, breakfast was very basic and the smell while one passed the maintenance area or pantry on each floor whilst going to the room was appalling. The attitude of the staff in the restaurant very courteous and eager to please. Overall experience was average in terms of facilities but very good in terms of staff attitude to guests.

Good Hotel for living. Rooms are spacious with all basic amenities provided. It is located just near to highway. As a complimentary hotel provides breakfast to their customers. If you want to hire bike for traveling in city, they provide buke on rent on per day rent basis. It has small swimming pool too. Prawns dish is very delicious here.

It's located on the nh48 highway just on the outskirts of mapusa. Don't go by the looks as it looks a tad untidy. The open fish tank is not well maintained. The restaurant too has a oldish feel to it But, we visit this place mainly for meals and the food quality is really good. Staff is a bit of downer when it comes to ordering food and this needs to be addressed. They don't sound rude but definitely don't seemed pleased either if you keep requesting them for certain things etc.

Poor service Rude staff My opinion to tourists is not to even consider this hotel as an option even though cost is fairly reasonable. You will end up regretting and write a similar review as I am doing now. We were 20 friends and we booked 6 rooms. We were not given all 6 rooms during check-in and we had to wait and yell at the manager before getting them. We were given just 2 spoons of jam for bread for 20 of us for breakfast and when asked, we were given a very rude answer for which we had to yell at the kitchen staff. The response was in such a way that we were given free breakfast. This is ridiculous. Once again I repeat, this hotel is not fit to be called as a hotel and travellers please don't end up wasting money and spoil your trip.

Location of the hotel bit far from mapusa centre.. And Local transportation not much.. It's Depends on rental bikes and cars.. Hotel service average.. Required little more maintenance. Few rooms no calling bell, and only one electric plug point. Needs to improve a lot.. I expected much more from Treebo, but finally its. K. Not a bad stay.. Just. OK.
