Coming from the USA, I can truly say I was impressed! My stay was amazing—the staff was warm and welcoming, the rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the service was outstanding. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking comfort, luxury, and top-notch service.

The hotel staff were outstanding right from arrival to check-out. They were extremely helpful with personal requests and even made sure we got back items our team had left behind. A very thoughtful gesture combined with polite and soft-spoken service. Truly a pleasant experience.

This is my first time at this hotel, and I'm impressed with the exceptional staff. My check-in was scheduled for 12, but they kindly accommodated me at 8 itself. The food is delicious, and the service is top-notch. I'll definitely return with my family next time. The hotel's eco-friendly approach, cleanliness, and classic location are notable highlights. The swimming pool and terrace are fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel – you should definitely give it a try

Have stayed here on two occasions while on trip. Reason to choose it is firstly the food . Tried their South Indian ,South of Vindhya cusine. The billaffaire is well prepared by the Chef Subramanian. Being the only south Indian restaurant on this side of Zirakpur its a good one. They need to work hard on keeping rates attractive for customers since delicacies will be in high demand. Approach roads are in broken state...they need to tie up with state administration. The usual rush is not there so one can enjoy the meal in peace. Heath centre is available with view of city. Must utilise. The plus point is the skypool .Cute and well kept. Even the breakfast layout is good .Young staff that is motivated and happy to serve. Compared to Radisson, its a welcome change and has good potential to come up well

The Orchid at Zirakpur, Chandigarh, about 25 minutes from Chandigarh railway station is nice and well-kept, though I did feel that having a little more greenery or a garden area would make evening walks more enjoyable, Swimming is small as compared to a 5 star hotel... These improvements could have given it a more luxurious vibe. What really stood out for me was the hospitality – it honestly feels like Taj level. The staff are just amazing, always warm and polite, and the best part is that every single time you cross them, they greet you with a smile. It makes you feel so welcomed and cared for throughout the stay. Breakfast has plenty of options and everything tasted really good. The rooms are decently sized, neat, and very comfortable. A bathtub in the washroom would have been a nice extra, but overall the upkeep and cleanliness were spot on. 'All in all, it’s a place where the hospitality and warmth of the staff make the stay truly memorable'

Oh it sure was a wonderful stay! The staff were very friendly and they did have a great service. I loved Pritam's hospitality the most. He was really good and knew how to do his work. He was polite at his speech and kind with his actions. Harsh was a good guy all around. Great at his service and hospitality, he knew his work well. On the other hand, Vaishali was great too and worked well. The rooms were awesome and the decorum of the staff and lobbys were well maintained. Only one thing to say is that during breakfast, they sometimes served us the wrong dishes, though it's negligible. Overall, it was a great stay. Will choose The Orchids again for a luxe and wonderful stay.
