Super Collection O Amar Villa

I booked 3 ac rooms. Although I got the rooms for Rs. 3000, I got 3 rooms for Rs. 1950 because I had a coupon. When I checked in, the hotel staff said that AC rooms are not available, or that extra payment is required. I said that I don't want AC room. However, I asked and booked an AC room. The staff said, you should call OYO to ask. I called customer care, they said they will arrange another property for me. Or if it is comfortable here, it is okay. I said, it is comfort. But at 11 pm, the hotel property manager came and said, you have complained to OYO, so you have to pay Rs. 1600. Now the AC room is available. Whether you use the AC or not, I need cash, Or you have to vacate the room. He was drunk . Since my family was with me, I didn't say anything else. He said he wouldn't give me extra cash and forced us to vacate at 12 PM. Then we found another hotel with great difficulty. No one else should book this hotel. All reviews are scam.

On oyo they give me deal of rupees 550 rupees when I ask on reception guy he said don't pay to oyo because your booking will go to another property he said oyo company doing fraud with us so pay to hotel direct rupees of 624 , and I said ok I done google transaction to him, after we check in the room the room was not same what we saw at oyo room condition was very bad .. after he send hotel staff to my room and he said air conditioner is not included in to your package so pay 300 extra for air conditioner , when I show him my package from oyo which is included air conditioner also then he denied he said oyo company doing fraud with us and said leave our room will pr pay 300 cash more and shouting on me and my mother he did misbehave with me and my mom, after 20 minutes of verbally fighting he convinced to pay us 500 rupees from 624 we took 500 and left the hotel property, so I suggest you guys we don't know that who did fraud with us a hotel management or oyo company, it was very bad experience with us first time with oyo company so I request you don't book this Amar villa hotel on any platform if oyo company are genuine it should take strict action against hotel Amar villa (Amritsar) Thanks

Very spacious rooms and wsshroom also never had a desi food like this amazing punjabi food and lassi . enjoyed a pool in evening charge 300. Per person but worthy

The moment we reached the hotel. Owner was asking for how much price you have booked the hotel. You would have got cheaper had you done offline booking. Coming to the room which had no towels, ac remote [AC cooling speed is of 1980's] , soaps, tv remote. The owner had a mini heartbreak when he got to know we have booked the hotel for 2 days and got the booking dirt cheap. Water bottles are charged additionally. Location is in a lane adjacent to a signal. 2kms away from Golden Temple. Not recommended for booking at all.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was an extremely disappointing experience. The room was filthy, and the facilities were practically nonexistent. To make matters worse, the owner charged unnecessary fees, adding to the frustration. The overall service was pathetic, and I would not recommend this place to anyone. Avoid at all costs!
