Terrible experience. First of all, the pictures mentioned in the Google photos are not authentic. Some of them are, but for the others, they say that these are not ours. The rooms are small and the bathroom is even smaller. The staff is not at all cooperative. I asked for a kettle 3 times and still I didn't get one despite them telling me that they've sent one. At last I got a dirty kettle. There is no parking in the hotel and they make you park the vehicle under the flyover. There was clicking sound from the walls every now and then which lasted for more than 30 seconds sometimes which disturbed our sleep.

Lift wasn't working during our stay and each time we had to climb 3 floors. It was working on the day we were leaving. Rooms were neat and clean. Service was good. Value for money.

Terrible Experience – Avoid This Hotel! I had an awful experience at this hotel. I booked a room for 3 guests, and the staff failed to inform me in advance that they don’t allow a 3rd guest in the room or provide an extra bed. This caused unnecessary stress during our stay. To make matters worse, the lift was out of order when we checked in, which they claimed was being repaired. Despite this, they assigned us a room on the 3rd floor, which they misleadingly call a "Double Room." My 72-year-old mother had to climb three flights of stairs, which was physically taxing for her. When I asked why they didn’t assign us a room on the 1st floor, knowing the lift was broken, the receptionist rudely replied, “If you saw the lift wasn’t working, you shouldn’t have checked in.” This lack of courtesy and professionalism is unacceptable. The hotel failed to prioritize guest comfort, communication, and basic empathy. I strongly recommend avoiding this place unless they make significant improvements in customer service and facilities.

Can I give minus stars. It’s disgusting to the point that you will feel like puking . Worst hotel I have ever seen in my life. No cleanliness, rooms small as a matchbox. Don’t go by the pictures on their website . Staff ??? Do you call them staff or just boys standing wearing slippers at the reception, no uniforms, they give you half toilet papers.

I booked a family room at hotel La casa, arrival time was around 23:20 and check-in was untill 23:30. They cancelled my booking at booking.com. The check-in staff was also very rude. The room was not prepared before arrival, no towel, soap was not filled and on asking, they gave us wet towel and said because of weather they can't dry it. The attendant asked us to use hand wash at basin to shower. The bathroom floor was wet on arrival as well. When finally he came to fill the soap, he left his muddy footprints on the room floor. The bed was broken and hurting while sleeping. The wifi password didn't work even though staff tried by himself, there was a lot noise from outside the room all the time. Apart from it, the pictures shown while booking are completely different of pool area, view from hotel and cleanliness level is also not upto ratings (mentioned at booking.com). The two of the staff members couldn't agree on what to offer us. Overall there is no cooperation from staff, no willingness to provide a service. The hotel seems to be running a scam, trapping people with pictures which doesn't even belongs to hotel. The pool area is complete lie, and they are not being responsible for anything either. While talking with person at reception the next morning that we have been treated bad, she was highly unprofessional, shouting at us, not talking directly, couldn't be responsible for her staff and for her behavior at all. They even demanded the full amount without having any sorry feeling for offering bad services. While asking for talking to Manager, she refused to ask her manager and claim to be manager of the hotel while being not at all responsible for provided services. She claims that it is not her responsibility if the check-in staff didn't treat us well and didn't provide any services, the only thing she was concerned about getting the full amount at the time of checkout. I definitely had an extremely disappointed experience. I never met such an unprofessional, rude, and irresponsible staff.

The property pictures and the actual property do not match up at all! Even the adopted name of the hotel is not findable on any navigation application - it is called Hotel Golden Temple View on Booking.com. The property cancelled my booking AFTER I'd stayed and paid so that I can't submit a review on Booking.com! Self-proclaimed 'Top-rated', 'Most-Awarded' hotel in Amritsar. There is nothing real about this place!

Worst ever stay we opted for. Staff is very rude. The rooms do not match what os hown on booking.com. They book on booking .com with a different name as Golden Temple View and then cancel that so that reviews cannot be given. Rooms are small and dirty like a public lodge. Staff will not listen to any request you ask them for. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL

The experience was not that good. The rooms were not clean. Rooms are pretty different from the photos. The key card stopped working after a few hours. The lift was pretty slow.
