Not so good. We booked room with triple occupancy but they don't have those rooms available. They didnot have RO water in hotel. Soaps and towel was provided after 6-7 reminders. No remote for ac. They turned off power supply whole night to save electricity cost of AC.

I stay there for two days, and my experience was good in this hotel. Staff behaviour was good, they provide us everything what we ask to them. Second day we ask them for normal water but they provide us mineral water without any cost.

Hotel rooms are clean, staff is very co-operative and at best price with best service and food is very hygienic

We stayed for one night and very happy to be in the hotel. The staffs are co-operative and rooms are very clean. The place is nearest to bus stand and the golden temple is just 1.5 km away to which you can get rickshaw easily or you can go on foot. The room is a small one though||||We have been provided car rental for visiting wagah border from the hotel and the driver is very good. Nice experience

This hotel is a typical budget hotel with simple rooms and minimal facilities. Location is convenient, staff is least helpful and not bothered, average food. Don't expect much. Just good for a shortest stay. We got the room at reception. Lot of sound in that room and staff not courteous even to switch off the reception TV at 12 in night.

It's a nice average hotel. Perfect hotel for family budget trip.the reception is well maintained. The family room we were in was big and spacious and had 2 double beds. Room was neat. Staff courteous. Wi-fi really BAD. Food was also average. All in all I would stay there again.

The worst hotel ever in my life, I went. The hotel manager knows only one thing, that is telling lie regarding facilities....AC of no use, wifi not connected, torn bed and bedsheets , super dirty towel , super dirty blanket, toliet of yellow color, not white, geyser not functioning....In summary, wastage of money....Very poor service... Manger just tell lie about the facilities, and if you go and complain, he will say go and ask OYO.... It's for those who book from OYO..... But the only thing that is good is it's location and the complementary breakfast....It's located just opposite of bus stand....And breakfast is good if you go for aalu paratha.....
