The moment we reached the hotel. Owner was asking for how much price you have booked the hotel. You would have got cheaper had you done offline booking. Coming to the room which had no towels, ac remote [AC cooling speed is of 1980's] , soaps, tv remote. The owner had a mini heartbreak when he got to know we have booked the hotel for 2 days and got the booking dirt cheap. Water bottles are charged additionally. Location is in a lane adjacent to a signal. 2kms away from Golden Temple. Not recommended for booking at all.

Room was very neat and clean and check in was very smooth, you will have to bring I'd card for room ,hotel is situated just at 100m distance from Amritsar bus stand,

So the review is gonna so big.. We did book from Oyo, and 15 mins they took to check our booking, First thing the room has bed, mirror and table, and no almirah, or may be the work was going on, one towel was given only, Then we need to ask for another, And the main thing is they don't have water, they don't provide water, or if they provide water they do charge extra from us.. which I didn't like.. The services was so slow.. The washroom didn't had toilet paper.. actually washroom didn't had anything.. It just at this moment we didn't like the vibe of hotel, may be later after a year or with time they will improve..

Yesterday we stay in this hotel. the experience is fabulous and cleaniness is well maintained. Hope so we will visit again and agian at this place.❤️👍

I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was an extremely disappointing experience. The room was filthy, and the facilities were practically nonexistent. To make matters worse, the owner charged unnecessary fees, adding to the frustration. The overall service was pathetic, and I would not recommend this place to anyone. Avoid at all costs!

Pathetic service. Aman was very rude and they don't have even Rs 50 change when we purchased water bottle Geyser has not worked they allocated room After repeated reminders allocated another Fan was not working in that Too tired with room changes

Less than 1 star rating. These people are just making money. Rooms were not ready as interior work was in progress. Smell of paint, dampness. No ventilation. No wardrobes, no chair, no table, no stool, no TV, nothing was ok. There was slit open in toilet towards next room hence no privacy. We were cheated by an agent Mr M*n*sh T*ak*r and Mr M*n*al. But hotel staff was also rude, unprofessional. Even on request they not responded. We were compelled to survive the night as there were no options and our schedule was fixed.
