Hotel Moon Inn

The Moon In Hotel offers excellent value in terms of accommodation. The rooms and bathrooms are modern, clean, and far better than what you’d expect at this price point—comparable to higher-end hotels like Fortune Inn, Ramada, and SureStay, and definitely better than other local hotels such as One Earth and Bloom. The location is also very convenient—close to the Golden Temple and within easy reach of local shops and transportation options. It’s quiet at night and beat of all you don’t hear any horns from the traffic. Unfortunately, the staff service seriously lets the hotel down. The woman at the front desk was extremely rude and more focused on interrogating us during check-in than making us feel welcome. Throughout our stay, the staff were generally unfriendly, avoided eye contact, and offered no basic courtesy or information—no greetings, no help navigating the area, and no explanation of services like room service (which we later found out from the room service that they did offer tea/coffee in-room). One one day our room was never cleaned, even after leaving the room service light on and then givng a request at reception, and the only helpful person we interacted with was the cleaner. Had we not known the area ourselves, getting around would’ve been difficult due to the lack of assistance. In short: • Pros: Great rooms, clean bathrooms, good quality beds, excellent location • Cons: Poor staff attitude especially at reception, lack of hospitality, no guidance or support This hotel has real potential, but the management needs to seriously improve staff training and guest service.

The rooms are excellent. They are clean, all amenities are new and interior is very well done. Though rooms are little small but everything else if perfect. It's at walking distance from Golden temple. The roads are narrow but good enough for innova parking. I got a good deal on make my trip than the one I got from the reception. Overall I would highly recommend this place.

We booked 2 delux rooms in agoda but we got superior room as they shiwed wrong in the agoda site and the manager mam really helps alot to sort out the issues . Even though there was a bit of struugle initially but they made sure things were taken care of. Very nice Hotel and really got admired by their service. Room were very clean and comfortable to stay I highly recommend to everyone coming Amritsar to stay at Hotel Moon Inn very near to Golden temple Thank you for the hostipitality

The hotel's location was perfect👌, within easy walking distance of many attractions. The staff was incredibly friendly 🤗and accommodating, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room was well-equipped with all the amenities we needed👍👍👍♥️♥️♥️

Very clean and neat rooms. Staff is very polite and accepts our early check-in and late checkout. The location of the hotel is very walkable to Golden Temple and Jalianwala Bagh. The only issues are that it is difficult to reach the hotel location, and the water in the taps is a little muddy.

It was very nice. Really close to all the famous attractions such as The Golden Temple and the Jallianwala Bagh. The rooms are very clean and spacious. Would definitely recommend.Ridhima and the other staff are very helpful and supportive. Taxi arrangement was super, Karandeep Singh driver arranged by hotel was excellent👏👏.

Hotel Moon Inn was a fantastic stay! The rooms were incredibly beautiful and spotless, and we absolutely loved them. The entire staff was also great, making our experience truly enjoyable.
