Hotel Smile Inn

Worst experience ever faced, rats were there in whole night, no sleep at all. We have opted for 3 days but checkout within 1 day. If I can give 0 rating, I would rather prefer that. Rooms which are shown in Agoda are looking like 3 star hotel but in reality that’s not even 0 star hotel. Complete dirt water, rooms walls are broken, bathroom door is not working, no geyser, no bath towels, no tea or coffee . Outside room looks attractive and inside room is so pathetic.

I have to say that it was an awful experience staying here. The owner should definitely be more visiting the property rather than just handing to staff. The room was below average. There were mosquitoes with no vaporiser or any repellent. The reply given were far beyond our imagination. If it helps anyone, please opt for a guest house rather than this hotel and spend the saved money on something else. Not recommending at all!!

i am expressing my bitter experiance with hotel Smile inn at Amritsar. No wifi, no tv, ac not properly maintained (water leaking),no proper room service. hotel authority took full amount in advance and after that change there colour like chamelion.most third class hotel ever i had stayed in my life.therefore request to all my friends to avoid this hotel for your better holiday stay.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. The conditions were far below acceptable standards, and I feel compelled to bring these issues to your immediate attention. Firstly, the room was not hygienic, and there was a strong smell of cockroaches throughout. This made our stay extremely uncomfortable and certainly not worth the money we paid. Additionally, the room lacked basic amenities such as a working television, hot water for bathing, and proper lighting. The switchboard was broken, and there were several maintenance issues like a broken mirror. The room service was also disappointing, with no doorbell, a foul smell in the bathroom, and bed sheets that were in a pathetic condition. This situation was especially distressing as I was accompanied by two children who were scared due to the presence of cockroaches. Given these circumstances, I urge you not to recommend this hotel to anyone else. I also request a refund for the inconvenience caused during my stay. I have always heard great things about your hospitality, but this experience has been the worst by far. I have attached pictures depicting the issues for your references Sincerely, Manish Wason

Very bad rooms, hotel is not properly maintained, water was leaking from ACs, the quilt was very dirty, washroom was very small to even move also very dirty. Everything is very improper, but the staff were very helpful and polite. Won't recommend to stay here.

The place was worth it to live in . The rooms were very comfortable. The owner of the hotel n the staff was very helpful. It's at the middle so it was much easier to connect through all the special places there Will highly recommend this place . Waiting to visit it soon again

If you want to stay in this hotel please don’t choose this hotel because railway station platform was better than this hotel . In the name of hotel they only provided foul smelling room dirty bed sheets it also smell very bad. No basic requirements they are providing like water. No intercom in the room. And most importantly if you are travelling with women it was totally unsafe. And one more thing the staff of this hotel threatened you if you say anything. So big no for this

I had the best stay at Hotel Smile inn Amritsar . The rooms were so clean and good. My Amritsar stay was so convenient and comfortable. The owner is so helpful and the hospitality of the hotel is amazing. It's just 200m walk from one of the gates of the Golden temple. We wanted an early check in and even though there were no rooms empty, the owner provided us an accomodation till the time we got our room. Even our bags were transferred to our room while we explored the city. They also booked us a rickshaw back to the station during checkout. Do book this hotel if you plan to visit Amritsar and you won't regret!
