One of the waste hotel I ever had, not at all recommended.Rooms are so small .You will not get basic amenities.

Paid for a room with hot water and ac inc breakfast. It had no hot water so we had to go and complain. Turned out they had turned the power off to it. Later in the night it started to get a little warm so tried to turn on AC only to find that wasn't working and also looked like it had been turned off had to suffer the heat. In the morning came down double checked that the breakfast was included and they confirmed it included coffee and 2 pieces of bread which had nothing for it ie butter or jam. When we finish they sent the staff out of the breakfast area which we thought was strange. Then they demanded payment for the included breakfast, we then had to endure threats from the management and finally after we demanded they call the police we were allowed to leave. It would appear that this hotel is using 2 different names !!! So beware.

Be aware they will try to scam you and cheat more money. More if you are a tourist from another country. Read the reviews before booking this place. So many bad reviews. We was told breakfast is included and then as soon as we finished they try to demand extra money! It was clearly set up because once they served us the guy then waited in the breakfast room and then tried to demand the money and sent the young girl away. Rooms, very dirty and needs cleaning, spit marks on the walls, bugs in the bathroom., toilet leaks, rooms smells, bed sheets not changed and heavily marked. Paid for Aircon and Aircon didn't work. Location very far from everything. Best avoid and find other hotels nearby.

Very very bas service I have booked two rooms same price but they provide me one luxury room and other one simple room and there staf and receptionist are not good service provided everyday tell them to give a water bottle then they do otherwise not But after all bad service the kitchen staf was very good and food was testy and good quality they serve

Just visited this hotel few days back I had two rooms booked and paid hefty amount like 4 star hotel amount for this pathetic hotel and let me tell you worst experience ever. Rooms were not at all clean, very pathetic service had to call multiple times to get water or amenities delivered. Rooms had coackroaches roaming asked them to spray spray nobody came and pillow had fungi so you can imagine from it what kind of hotel it was. Get spray was broken. The list goes on and on, please don't waste your money linen sheets and blankets were dirty too. Never ever book this hotel, pathetic service, unhygienic rooms and coackroaches.He asked us to do the full payment on the checkin day itself though i have done partial payment on the time of booking only.

Booked two rooms on oyo. Upon contacting, the manager asked us to cancel that and book offline which they claimed were given "higher priority". Took us literally almost an hour to find that property. No parking space on property, you'd have to be lucky enough to find a spot on the street to park a vehicle. Rooms were quite small, barely fitting a queen-sized bed, although clean. Room service was pathetically inadequate. No intercom, you'd have to ring up a number from your own phone to ask them to provide for the basics. Starting from the hotel soap to drinking water or glasses. What's even more ridiculous, they won't get you clean towels even after asking for the same over three times. And they remained quite unapologetic during the check-out. The whole staff including the desk executive needs a crash course on hospitality basics, asap. P.S- It also moonlights as Hotel Blue Sagar. Suggest you to go for a better alternative instead of this one.

I and my family were completely harassed by the staff.. We have booked the hotel for 4 days and after reaching there, they denied the check in and said to pay 8000 extra. And the oyo customer care is more worse than the hotel people. So better don't book the hotel thorough any online app. They will show you less amount in the app.. Confirm your booking.. And when you reach there they will charge you high additional prices.
