I stayed here with my mother for three days after nearly 20 or 22 years. It felt more nostalgic to us. Obviously, the hotel has changed significantly. The service and food were 10/10! They ensure that you get everything on schedule and take wonderful care of anything is required in the room (water, bedsheets, etc.). The food at their restaurant is a must-try. I strongly recommend the doi mach and peas pulao! Furthermore, the cuisine was reasonably priced, with generous amounts. However, I still believe the rooms require a few more basic items that were lacking. For example, if there is no door mat outside the bathroom, please give toothpaste and a brush. Most essential, the sheets need to be replaced. Even though they were clean, we discovered tiny, unremovable blemishes on all the sheets and towels. Overall, I believe it's a fine hotel; just need to supply adequate amenities for the room.

Rating: 0/5 This was the most disgusting place I have ever stayed at. The service was pathetic, and the staff, particularly those at the reception, had no idea what was happening at their own hotel. Here are the major issues I faced: 1. Electricity Problems: Frequent power cuts, and no backup was provided. 2. Lift Not Working: The elevator was out of order the entire time. 3. Dirty Rooms: The rooms were filthy, with no proper cleaning or maintenance. 4. No Hot Water: Either the rooms lacked a geyser, or the hot water connection didn’t work. 5. Non-Functional Wi-Fi: The Wi-Fi didn’t work from check-in to check-out. 6. Unreasonable Charges: They charged ₹800 for any stains noticed on the bedsheets, which felt exploitative. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.

This hotel is located in the beachfront. The view is beautiful. Rooms are clean tidy and service wise also very nice. I loved the food all type of seafoods are available here.

Only points for location. Rooms are highly chargeable. They don't allow any early check in(I mean check in by 1 hr early) or late check out. They run on full scam. Every where they charge comission. Like panda. Like car. Like auto/tata magic reservation. Rooms are also not well maintained. Food where is too spicy. Policies run on fully individual propaganda.

I love this hotel. I have been there with my husband and the staff was too good to help on anything we wanted. Will recommend this to everyone. Price is a bit high. That's it.

First of all don't rent any car from this hotel, all the driver's behavior and service are very bad and terrible. Mobile network and internet is not available in any room of the hotel, all the hotel staff will be looking at your face for tips all day long.If you order food at the hotel restaurant, there is no guarantee of how long you will get that food, you can get hair, pieces of paper in the food, the price is sky high. My experience is terrible, I will try not to book this hotel in the future. Thank you

Love the whole experience. Nice ambience rooms are nice & clean, service was great. Also it's soo close to the beach like 2min walk. Overall it was pleasant

We are staying at Atithi Heritage 12/8-14/8, But Experience is very bad. not as we expected like this. we took Suit inter connecting room at top floor. Room no 502. Room is nice. Service is at pick when ordered from Restaurant but general service is not upto the mark. Hotel Receptionist Named AVASH ,his behaviour is so poor , no one can imagine. In every aspects as we go to him at night many times He dont response / any help to us.. in every aspects he said multiple times NOT POSSIBLE! At night he continued his maintenance work at roof ,we are unable to sleep! but he said works need to done ! cant help ! This is very bad from Hotel Atithi heritage . Other staffs are so polite & very nice in behaviour . But he is aweful! So its a request to all if you are coming to this hotel pls avoid Suit interconnected room & receptionist AVASH! He is soo rude, how one can be this so rude to his guests i dont know!
