Hotel Seagull

Had a great experience during the 1st stay in 2024. Returned in 2025, to see the room and service quality degrade. Staffs have the audacity to ring calling bells at night (10:30) and ask for tips. Location good. Rooms tidy. Food expensive.

It's probably the best hotel in Swargadwar puri. Best location, superb seaview from the room, spacious and claen rooms, very good room service and all.

The website is a fake one. The payment related to the booking goes to a personal account and it is a scamming business. I have lost Rs 5200. They mention refund within 24 hours and then switched off the mobile or blocked me.

Good restaurant with good service, but AC was not working properly. Customers were struggling to find coolest place.

Very cosy hotel with all modern amenities in heart of Puri, Swargadwar. The in-house restaurant is awesome with all sorts of culinary experience.

It was quite a nice stay at the hotel. The locations seems to be really great, being in the center of the puri beach market. The staffs were really supportive, also the restaurants nearby and within the hotel were also really good. Though the 'Rice n Noodles' restaurant seems to be a little over priced. Rooms were spacious enough and clean enough for 3 adults. So why 3 stars? 1)Checkout time is at 7 AM. Which is nothing but a scam(so called Hotel's "terms n conditions"). We had booked 2 rooms and just cuz of this "rule" we had to keep one of those room and pay for 1 more night(but we eventually checked out at 1 PM) 2) After paying such prices we didn't get any sort of "Complimentary" breakfast.

Excellent location and very good service. Rooms are spacious and clean. Behaviour of the staff is also good. Food quality is good. Only drawback is the travel desk behaviour. Overall it's a nice experience for a family vacation.
