Hotel is located very nearby to the sea beach and the views from the balcony are very nice. Hotel staffs are very co-operative and helpful. They always serves with a happy smile. Nishan is the guy whom I woke up at 5.30 in the morning and he let me check in smoothly. Babu and Niranjan these two guy from restaurant are very good at their service. Food is also very delicious here. All over experience was very nice and cozy.

What a beautiful property to be staying at, very much close to beach , beautiful rooms and very cooperative staffs, having smiling faces around. They would never let you feel that you are staying at an unknown place. Specially their manager Subrato is very helpful guy, starting from the booking part till our checkout he was always there to help us out, Thnx to him and his team for making our family trip a success.

A fraud hotel with fraudster manager and staff. We had a terrible checkout experience where the hotel staff demanded extra amount which was not a part of the bill. Despite the fact that the room was billed at a diffrent amount they were adamant on a different price. The middlemen involved did not anwer our call and these people were not letting us go. Staff is hell rude and has no manners on how to talk to guests. These people make us beleive that why puri's hotels have such low ratings. Never recommending any one to come to puri as it is filled with goons like this hotel who ruin your trip.

Excellent and amazing place near the beach. Our room balcony had a view of the beach. Thanks to the hotel, I was given a complementary upgrade. Cozy and clean rooms with an excellent staff. Food was also good. Overall an amazing experience during the entire stay.

This is a genuine review for people who rely on reviews like us. After getting scammed at the other hotel, my family and I took the toto and started looking for hotels, and I spotted this at the backstreet. To our delight, this hotel turned out to be the best deal for us. The rooms were clean and the beach walking distance. Just 2 months old ! My mum, who has severe arthritis could just walk to the beach, so it was definitely easy to reach. On top, I would say the service by the front office staff, particularly the guy called Mr. Jeevan, he has the most genuine smile, and the hospitality made all of us comfortable every single time we interacted with him. He made sure the housekeeping done every day, although we found the housekeeping staff a little sketchy, but otherwise they did their job. Would be good if they could do a bit more thorough clean upon guest checking out as we found dirt and stained sheets. A feedback for improvement on housekeeping side Ongoing maintenance of the accommodation will definitely make it worthwhile. Definitely check this place out in Puri if you want some peace and less crowded beach with great hospitality! Thank you for your service 🙏🏼

We had our meals from this place, basic dal-rice to delicious savoury meals everything was fresh. Staffs were helpful polite and friendly. The ambience oh this place is really good, not that far from the sea as well. Check this hotel out when considering for stay as well.

Yes it's a very good hotel.We have spent a very good time. As it is our office trip and we are really enjoyed. We have travelled almost 42 people & every body is pleased with their hospitality.I will like to visit again. I will suggest to come & stay on their hotel..

It has good rooms for us like seafacing rooms are best for view, there service are best from everywhere they ask me everytime that i am comfortable in my room or during eating in restaurant. Foods are also good here and while entering in hotel you can see jagannath ji photo
