Hotel Netai Kunja

The hotel does not fit for a family trip. Bachelors could adjust as per their budget. No service has been received without check in and check out. I have visited recently and had experienced an unwilling stay. No lift. They forcefully charge for cleaning of the rooms at the time of check out without any previous information.

there is no wifi the staff there doesn't have any communication with the owners they don't provide hot water stating gyser works only during winter they don't have wifi they don't have lifts their checking time is morning 6 and checkout time is morning 6:30 if you r trying to run a hosting business you have to provide these basic stuffs they tookRs. 250/- for payment from us to the cleaning staff they don't provide water there is ro only in 2nd floor we were staying at 3rd floor and every time we had to go down to get water and fill it overall its pathetic and will never suggest this place. don't waste your time and money here. My mother has weak knees and she unfortunately had to climb all the 3 floors to get to the room overall will never recommend this place to anyone.

Staffs are well behaved.. but manager whose name is Laxmidhar Swain, worst person in the world! He literally harrased me in the middle of the night , his way of talking and behaviour is worst than ever. We booked a/c room with 1500/- rooms are not like 1500 , a/c rooms are in 4th floor ... Its tiring and hell side of hotel.. never ever in my life I will choose this hotel for my staycation. Please avoid this hotel.

Though the rooms were fairly clean the basic service was aweful. The kitchen was old and way to small to fit even a single person. The hotel is run by basically some unprofessional and rude bunch of people with one and only primary motive to charge money for basic facilities (including the fact that charges for certain unused facilities). The hotel maneger is never present at the hotel and the staff is awefully slow at thier work and rude. In short, the hotel experience was so disapponting that it was enough to ruin our entire trip. P.S- The hotel surrounding has a lot of aggressive mokeys.

Stayed 5 days. One super deluxe room and 1 normal room. Super deluxe room is quite good but no wifi is there and no jet spray is there in the washroom. If you flush, the water will fall outside from back. The normal is the worst one, clumsy, suffocating it feels like you're in a jail. Daily load shedding happens in morning. Need more maintenance, poor place to stay. I'll not recommend it

It's a nice hotel. Room's are okay for 2 persons. Staffs are well. I spent 3 days there. If you are not too demanding then it's good stay. Rent could have been little lower according to the Room size. Hotel location is good. Not so much noise and congested like Swargyadar yet it's just 10 Minutes walking distance from Swargyadar and few minutes from beach. They maintain the hotel very nicely. If I go to Puri in future I will definitely stay there. Only thing is that beware of the monkeys.

Simply Amazing. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I would refer this property to all my friends and family for sure, also to all the people who are reading this review. We stayed there between 8th to 11th May 2023, I was on vacation at puri with my 5 yr old child and my senior citizen parents. Hotel manager Bijoy, cleaning lady swarnalata both were very helpful. The best part was all the promises made by the owner Sneha and Sandip Saha while booking (2 months ago) was all fulfilled. Hotel Netai Kunja is located at the heart of the new marine beach, walkable distance from the beach and all popular restaurants. The auto stand, tea stall and various shops were available just below the property. Swargodwar bazar was in walkable distance too. Very clean and safe hotel. There was enough backup for electricity, as we booked the Air Conditioned room, so we were very comfortable. A must try.
