Surprisingly, basic amenities like an electric kettle and tea/coffee facilities were missing, making it challenging for guests who prefer in-room beverages. Furthermore, the promised Wi-Fi service proved to be unreliable, causing inconvenience for travelers who rely on a stable internet connection. Disappointingly, the hotel lacked room service, diminishing the overall convenience factor. One significant drawback was the unprofessionalism displayed by the staff. Reception service was often absent, leaving guests without proper assistance. This lack of professionalism greatly affected the overall experience. In summary, while Hotel New Moon offered a clean and powered environment, the absence of essential amenities, poor Wi-Fi, and unprofessional staff service detracted from the overall satisfaction of my stay. Average hotel room with no restaurant. You can stay with your family and friends at a low cost. For two people INR 1000.00 AC room. The staff are good.

Rooms good, but no balcony😁, dry your wet clothes in room, otherwise in roof, very far from sea beach. Room service very very very baddddd. Power back up existing, depending on their mood they power back up will work. No lift, Rude behavior and clean romm are their only prestige nothing else

Rooms were good but service was very poor and bad. The manager is rude and ill-behaved. The day we entered,they said to change the room. Instead of our advance booking ,they had taken another booking for our room. They forced us to leave the room. Very much disappointed. Sea is 5 -7 mints walking distance. It's situated just besides of Kakatua resturant and among the bazar area. Environment is good. But the manager and their service is very bad. Not so much recommended.

This hotel in Puri was very good and very clean. The bathroom was clean, and it was cleaned every day. The price was also reasonable.

Everything was good at this hotel. Staff behaviour was also good and they are of helpful nature. But one problem is that during light cut off they didn't run the generator promptly and on telling to run the generator they hesitate to run. As there is more heat it is not possible to stay without fan. Besides this everything was good.
