Hotel SASHI

My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing due to several issues that were not addressed despite repeated reporting: The washroom was not clean at the time of check-in. Room walls wer not well cleaned and painted as shown in photos. Bedsheets were not changed and were dirty, and even the pillows had a strong bad odor. In the washroom, AC outlet water was leaking, creating discomfort while bathing. The main door lock was not functioning properly, raising safety concerns. Even after reporting these problems, no corrective action was taken by the staff. Because of this poor service and lack of basic hygiene, we had no option but to leave the hotel one day before our scheduled checkout. At the time of checkout, we politely requested an adjustment in the bill since we had to vacate early due to these issues, but the owner arrogantly refused and said “you may give whatever review you want.” This kind of attitude, combined with no proper staff management, left a very negative impression. To add to this, they even charged service tax despite not providing any proper service. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves on cleanliness, staff accountability, and customer handling, because basic hospitality standards were completely missing here. Best part is location, Template 5-10 min walk, and Golden Beach 5-10 min walk. No proper restaurant nearby, we had to go to temple area to have lunch / dinner. Even Hotel does-not provide water, towel or sanitary Items as charges. we paid 1600 per day.

Cost Wise Hotel is much expensive but Area wise ? It is cheap comparatively. And 10 mins walk to Jagannath Mandir

Such a third class hotel.... The staff behaviour is worse.. please don't accommodate in this hotel.... My personal experience before 2days was horrible

I booked from 2nd to 4th January, 2025 through booking.com for ac delux room and paid for a day... After seeing the room i was shocked and there was no delux room. It's completely low standard room. No receptionist, no manger was present. They charged from travellers rs 500 only who are stayed there, we heard from them. Please please don't go it's one night stand room and report on booking.com.

Very bad experince, they didnt give us basic stuff like towels and blankets, only upon much request they respond.. The most drawback is that there is NO WIFI and staff are really rude. DO NOT RECOMEND!

Such disgusting behavior from staff....I booked a room and paid the advance money but the owner didn't respond to me after receiving the money and didn't even confirm me whether room is booked or not ...such shameless people....
