SPOT ON 74793 Hotel Sai Sudha

I booked the hotel Sai Sudha at Puri through agoda after paying the due amount. When I reached Hotel Sai Sudha by 9PM, the manager told that we have asked booking.com and third party hotels not to book, hence we are not liable. When I told that you should ensure no-booking from booking.com etc. Ultimately they provided accommodation in a different locations in stead of Sai Sudha. When my booking was there, I did not liked this act of tranferring me to elsewhere. The behaviour of Manager was good. The Shri Jaganath temple is at walking distance from here. Sea beach is also around 1 KM from here.

Room and the service was fine. And this Hotel located almost the middle of puri beach and puri jagannadha temple you don't want to hire a taxi or something it's just walking distance to both places

Hotel staff nature is friendly. They speak with smile and help us with one extra guest. Hotel was clean. And for food dinner or breakfast you can order from restaurant below. Phone service was not working. Room was too small for 3 guests as if we have booked for 3 guests.

Very bad experience from oyo this time. I book for Puri but by that time one cyclone was hitting Puri. When I called oyo that I don't feel safe due to cyclone and want to cancel the trip. They said, we can't do anything because this is act of God. Seriously.... How insensitive and irresponsible answer this was. I didn't expect this from oyo. Will make sure that, next time I won't go with oyo.

AC rooms was informed by booking.com but no AC rooms were provided. Bath towels were committed to be provided but no towels were provided. Booking.com cheated me by showing facilities but actually those facilities were not provided there. As per the cost the room type and AC were not provided.

A nice and clean hotel to stay near the famous Sri Jagannath Puri Temple. A vegetarian restaurant in the ground floor also serves to the room. You may contact a Panda in advance, through the hotel management for scheduling a visit to the temple. It always helps if a PANDA guide is booked in advance for the temple tour.

Very good stay, rooms were clean, near to the temple (can see the temple from room). No Parking facility because of narrow roads. Food was good.

Service and staff behaviour are good . Taste of food is also good. Near temple. We recommend this.
