Hotel Nirmala

Although I had been staying at this property since years but nowadays have stopped and shifted to nearby other hotels. Over the year this hotel has lost it charm, very poorly maintained property and the blankets and other stuffs they provides should be replaced by property immediately. Food cost is reasonably priced and located centrally

Cheap hotel. Service is good. Location good. Rooms are small but tidy. Staff behavior is neutral. They don't speak much. Behavior at the reception is very cold. Restaurant food is good. Toilet is good. House keeping is good. Rooms are having room heater of rod type, which is not much in use in winter.

Rooms are spacious, squeaky clean. Tea condiments and electric kettles provided in all rooms. Running hot water 24*7. Complimentary breakfast. Hotel staffs are extremely courteous. Location is just few metres away from Ima Keithel. In short superb hotel

This is one of the good property in Impala in Thangal Bazaar. Reception staff is courteous & quick. Rooms very spacious and neat. Washroom is fine. Very near to market for shopping. Near to OK Chicken, a very nice restaurant. Room service is OK, limited verities of complimentary breakfast. Overall a good stay.

I have a nice long memory with this hotel, long before hotels like classic even existed. It was the go to hotel, which hosted almost everyone from my employer back then. The rooms are neat n clean, and service was quite prompt. Personally also i have a sweet connection with its restaurant. Being situated in the heart of Imphal city and Thangal Bazar, what more can one expect in terms of security, accessibility and ease of movement to any part of the state. Even though the hotel is ageing, there's no compromise in the quality of services, amenities and quality of food being served. One of the best hotels in Imphal, to check in either for business or leisure travels.

This hotel is probably 20 years old or more. They've recently renovated all the rooms and other areas including their restaurant. While the service in the restaurant is good but can't say the same about the room for service as the utensils they provided does not match the reputation of this reputed hotel. The restaurant food is awesome, be it Chinese or Continental. One should try their food before going to any other place. Their room reservations are always packed, so, if you want to book a room you have to do a few days to a week before and you should be known by the hotel manager or else there's little chance to get a room booked.

Nice place. The staff was co-operative. The rooms were in good condition. The food was also great. All in all, I had a great experience there. The price of the room was a bit too much. But still, the stay was comfortable. The place has a lift and a restaurant. They serve breakfast in room from 7. Not all rooms have complimentary breakfast tough.

This hotel is located at the heart of the city. The lavish stay will ease your tiresome journey. Their complementary room service includes tea, oil, shampoo and two bottles of mineral water is really pleasing. Rooms are clean but bathroom was a little stinky. Though i enjoyed the two day stay over here.
