All good for me, staffs were well mannered, helpfull, service nd rooms are excellent. I'm little disappointed that the TV is not working. They came to check, but didn't get any solution. But their food is highly recommend. Must try

So I had a weird experience today, They give you a brittle glass and the glass slowly fell down on the table itself not so hard and it broke and they charge 350 for the glass. I was laughing and stunned .

This is a very good Hotel in Imphal. One thing that is more important is that it is a completely veg Hotel. Nice food and service also.

Pls don't stay at this hotel. Extremely pathetic all around 1. Faced problem in front office booking that was cancelled just a day before my departure to Imphal saying that the existing customer had over stayed. I had booked 4 days in advance by the way. When asked for other room, I was asked to pay higher tariff despite the mistake of the hotel staff. Nevertheless, I managed to book it to avoid last minute hassles. 2. Food extremely good but extremely over priced. 3. Hotel staff very punctual in time. Nobody comes at the reception before 7.30 which i had a very bad experience again at the time of check out at 7.15am , even though I had informed the reception desk about my departure plans. I almost missed my flight because of delay in their billing. Also breakfast is not available before that time. 7.30 means not even a minute early. I missed breakfast on the check out day. 4. Lot of power issues in this hotel. Geyser does not function and so is the lift. They habe rooms till 6th floor and restaurant at 7th floor and you have to use stairs many times. What to say, worst experience in my life. I cannot give any less star than this.

Loved it! Loved the extremely delayed service...Loved the over priced food(which was clearly not deserving of) and Loved the taste too! It's one of the first restaurants I've been to in Imphal and damn I am disappointed... The overwhelmingly disappointing experience of this restaurant has left a bad taste in my mouth and also of my friends...honestly? The one reason I'd ever go back there is to make sure it has stopped servicing the population of manipur...may the lord have mercy on the poor souls who ever visited there.

I'm a pure Vegetarian and a (stranger) teacher (whom I befriended on Instagram) recommended me this hotel, after I told her that I got a Govt Job in Manipur. Had a Good stay of 4 to 5 days there. Staff are quite decent and friendly. Complimentary Pure Vegetarian breakfast and Wifi were like a real plus. Some people have commented about foul smell from bathroom, yes it was there but I'm not the person to complain about small issues. All in all a Decent experience.

The BEST pure veg restaurant in town. Being a vegetarian it was hard for me to find a tasty pure veg North Indian food but finally I found one... I enjoyed the dishes.. the service was lovely❤ and... I was really surprise at their portion size and the price.. I just love it

This hotel deserves 5 star .I have visited this place for like 2 times. The manager and staffs are so well behaved and professional. The food is Amazing and the ambience too. Not so crowded, you can have a good time with your family and loved ones We have celebrated 2 birthdays here . Best hotel in Imphal for vegetarians. Food options are good 👍 I would recommend this to all my friends and family. Price is reasonable too . Go ald and enjoy with family and friends. Thank you Padma Hotel .
