Hotel Yaiphabaa

The location is very good. In the market itself. The room I stayed was comfortable with all the necessary amenities. Food was delicious. Staff's behavior was polite and courteous. But I think they need to be more customer friendly, if they want their customers to revisit. At the time of check out I found no one to carry our luggages. Moreover, as we were sitting in the lounge area waiting for the cab, we had to carry our luggages ourselves to the cab when it arrived. I think it would have been a courtesy on their part to carry the luggage to the cab. Which would have definitely made us happier.

Good hotel and is in proper location. The food is good and has variety of dishes. The service is good. WiFi is available. Rooms are spacious. Parking is bit of problem as you have to park cars in road.

Best ever hotel experience! Most wonderful feature is the most friendly, punctual and smiling staff. Hospitality is really appreciable. Overall building and rooms are really cleaned and maintained. They really make you feel like home, when you're far away from home. Food is also delicious and cost worthy.

Its a great place to stay when you are travelling to this eastern most state of India. Lovely courteous and friendly staffs. Good rooms with hot and cold water supply. Surprisingly they dont have AC in a room when we paid 2100 for a double occupancy room, in winter its not required though. Overall its a great stay.

Very normal hotel and hence priced accordingly. Room- comfortable but cold and not enough blankets. Breakfast - service is really slow. Variety is also very less. Taste is okay. Service - service is good. Amenities - not enough. No coffee maker. Very nominal facilities. Overall an okay hotel for people who just have to sleep for a night.

We travelled with a group of 26 members. The front desk staff were excellent. They were extremely helpful. The food was great and had a very pleasant stay. Highly recommended.
