Hotel City Centre

Don't choose ever! .I had very poor experience. I was from Kerala, I booked room by online and they treat online customers very pathetic. They said to cancel my booking. The manager guy's behaviour was not good. He is always chewing and spitting through there. Room was not clean. I asked for cleaning room several times and they refused. This hotel is in narrow path in a street and that was horrible. Food is expensive in there and not worth. There is no WiFi.

Very Horrible and Pathetic experience I went there from Kerala with family through online booking and they said the room I booked is given to someone else, forced me to cancel and go for another hotel, the time was 8 pm night. My free cancelation time was over. I forced to stay in another room they given with Pathetic atmosphere. Staffs are rude and no hospitality. Overall dirty atmosphere, no wifi, no food, no good furniture. Request to not book here if you are looking for a peaceful and happy stay at imphal. You will get better hotel less than there rate at Imphal.

The previous location on the Google map was wrong, it was wrong even on Goibibo, which I used to book. (The correct location is updated now). I had asked to keep the cold drink in fridge, when it came back to me in few hours, it was mixed with water and less than what I have given (if u have unlimited cold drink at taco bell or McD or any other such chains, you will be able to differentiate between the original and water mixed one). This might be a norm here. The food was also not upto the mark, there was excess salt in the vegetables and they gave me plain roti instead of butter roti and added butter roti to the bill. They even delayed dinner by 45 minutes even after taking the order well in advance (1.5 hours). Don't expect any amenities in the room either. Not worth the amount they are charging. I have had stayed in less expensive accomodation within India as well as outside India which provide much better service. The only good thing was easy check-in (for which too I had to wait 15 - 20 minutes after 12pm, after trying to find it for 15 minutes).

A budget hotel at Imphal. Befitting the name, City Centre is quite close to every important place such as Kangla fort, Shaheed Minar museum and Ima Keithal. Rooms are decent. Though they do not have a restaurant, they have a kitchen and food can be ordered from the room.

Smelling dirty room, Small dirty toilet, Small dirty wardrobe without hangers. No charging point nor switch near by the bed, you have to walk from bed every time you have to switch off or on the light or need to charge your gadget. Horrible experience 👎👎

Pathetic hotel with zero degree in hospitality. Dirty room, dirty sheets and smelly environment. No wifi and no manners. Don't stay if you don't wanna ruin your stay in imphal 👍

Nice hotel . Just one issue. The washroom was small . Also the tv had limited channel. Overall ok if you are looking for a 1 day stay.

The rooms are clean n waiters are polite n friendly.The rate for the rooms are priced reasonably.Good hotel for who prefer isolated n quite place.
