Gateway Nashik

I was in Nashik with my wife, after visiting Shirdi. We stayed at the Gateway for 2 nights and we thoroughly enjoyed the hospitality. The hotel grounds is so vast, we did not have to step outside the gates for our morning walks. It was a delight to walk among the well maintained gardens and greenery. The staff was very courteous and warm. The food was delectable. Overall we had a relaxing and rejuvenating stay at The Gateway Nashik.

It is a good property with great potential. Parking space is good. Food is okay, many items are repetetive in buffet. Service is slow, specially room service. You need to followup for your order. 1 cup of tea takes 45-50 mins to arrive when you follow up with them. We asked for ice during 3 of our meals out of which 2 times ice machine was under repair. Shower speed is good, drainage speed is slow, water accumulates if you take shower for 5 mins - superior queen bed room. Opt for this over a 4 star, only if you get a very good deal.

Amazing place to stay with your family. The property is located on a small hill or tekadi in marathi. The main entrance is completed secure and once you enter , you suddenly feel getting disconnected from the noise pollution , traffic & getting transported into a peaceful atmosphere. A well maintained small i guess 9 metre road leads to a new building where i stayed. The old building where the main reception is located is under repair and renovation. The pool is a major attraction for the kids. It also has a well maintained gym .Staff is helpful. However , food can be improved. Overall a nice place to stay with your family if you are comfortable getting close to nature.Lovely for me.

We stayed at Taj Gateway Nashik on the 28th of May, and while there were moments that reflected the signature Taj hospitality, overall the experience was underwhelming and fell short of expectations. To start with the positives, the front desk and Food & Beverage Service staff were courteous, welcoming, and professional. Their warm demeanor made the check-in process smooth and added a personal touch to the dining experience, even though the buffet dinner itself was quite average in terms of both variety and flavor. Unfortunately, the restaurant’s upkeep left much to be desired. Basic cleanliness was lacking, and there were visible paint stains on the window panes, which gave the space a neglected feel. The most disappointing part of our stay was the housekeeping service. We checked in on 28th May around 7:00 pm, and I immediately requested the housekeeping team to clean our balcony. Despite follow-ups at 7:30 pm and again at 8:00 pm, no one arrived until 8:10 pm, which was nearly an hour after the initial request. For a hotel of this caliber, such delayed service is simply unacceptable. Additionally, while we appreciated that the property is pet-friendly, the pet charges of ₹3,750 per night per pet felt exorbitant, especially since there was no clear communication about what services or amenities were included in that fee. In summary, while the staff at the front desk and F&B team lived up to the Taj brand, the lack of prompt housekeeping, average dining experience, and steep pet fees made this stay disappointing. With better maintenance and service coordination, this property could offer a much more satisfying experience.

Total rubbish experience at breakfast. Hotel very miser. If you reach breakfsst at 10:15 am then forget about staff refilling any good. You won't get any plates or bowls also and need to request them. Outdoor Jacuzzi full of leaves and dirty . Overall quality has dropped since before. Visited this hotel many times but this was my last visit. Rest let others enjoy.

Amazing Experience working with team gateway taj Nashik our second event in last 2 months and they are 10/10 on service, hospitality and banqueting. Special thanks to Dhiraj sir, Ashfaq Bhai and Ravindra ji, Anuj, Yayati and Rishikesh and Sarvar for helping us in conducting successfully event for Crompton. Chef Jadhav and Sandeep provided us with best Cusinies for all our Meals and the ever smiling ladies at phulka counter. Will recommend all to do event with taj gateway and experience there hospitality.

This was a last minute booking for us. We called them in the morning and spoke to Suhail at the reception & requested an early check in (at 12:30pm). We were assured of the same. But upon arriving the room was not ready. The room was clean, spacious and functional. A lot of renovation is going on at the restaurants for which the breakfast was served at the ballroom. The breakfast spread was good and the service during breakfast was good too.

Stayed at The Gateway Hotel, Nashik last week and had a relaxing experience. The property is surrounded by greenery, offering a peaceful vibe. Rooms were spacious and clean, with courteous staff throughout. The food was flavorful, especially the breakfast spread. A great choice for a calm getaway near the city.
