The Gateway Hotel Ambad Nashik

From the moment we entered the hotel we were made feel special. The service was always above expectation. The staff need special mention who made sure all our demands are fulfilled. We asked for something and it was done with no questions asked. The hotel rooms are very auspicious. There is pool area and visiting in winter sitting in the sun by the pool is best feeling. The refreshing surrounding with lush green trees felt like outside the city murmur. The zen garden on the Japanese lines is worth mentioning.The design and layout of the hotel also need appreciation as every part feel like different place inside one . Last but not least for those visiting the hotel don't ever hesitate to ask for any service. They gladly help you in whatever way they can .

The ambience of the hotel is serene and beautifully complemented by lush greenery, with many trees, shrubs, and plants around the premises, creating a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle. However, this abundance of greenery also led to a bit of an issue with mosquitoes. While this is understandable given the natural surroundings, it did slightly impact the otherwise delightful experience. Overall, I would recommend the Gateway Hotel for those seeking a tranquil and refreshing stay, with the suggestion to come prepared for the natural elements.

This is our 3rd visit to this property. The property, staff and the food is very good. The swimming pool and gym are very well maintained. IHCL has re branded and Gateway properties and its a welcome change. However this property lacks dedicated indoor playing area for small kids. They should explore the same. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

We had an amazing experience during our stay at Taj Gateway Nashik. The staff, especially Shubham, Avani, Prajwal, Divya, and Jethana, were extremely courteous and attentive to all our needs.||Although we faced a small issue with the television settings in our room, the staff promptly assisted us and ensured the problem was resolved. To make up for the inconvenience, they even surprised us with a thoughtful gesture—a box of chocolates and refreshing guava juice, which we truly appreciated.||The hospitality and attention to detail made our stay memorable. We would highly recommend Taj Gateway Nashik to anyone visiting the area and look forward to staying here again.

It was very nice experience, I like the " Welcome". I like the Flute played in the reception. Greeting to the customer is very good.|Breakfast is very awesome; you get lot of verity. |Room is very good in size. The Swimming pools is very big. |Overall property is very nice.

I have stayed recently for couple of days with my family. It's an perfect place to rejuvenate yourself from busy life. The rooms are spacious, food is delicious & service is top notch too. The resort has everything from jogging track to open grass field & children play area. Near by tourist places are easily accessible as the property is at Mumbai - Nashik Highway itself
