Treebo The Utsav, Nashik

Hotel is located inside MIDC area hence there are many small scale industries nearby. Area is flooded with workers, employees and logistics trucks etc. AC inside the rooms were initially mot quite working well at the time of check-in because the Air Filters inside were jammed (which hotel staff cleaned the next day). Hotel staff were very welcoming and courteous to do room service. If you are looking for a budget hotel for 2-3 days stay, this is a very decent option.

Good hotel . Rooms are clean and well maintained. Room service and hospitality are good. Location is in MIDC ambad which is kind of industrial area. So if you do not have your own vehicle then avoid this place. Food for family and all Nashik sightseeing are in within 8-10 km radius.

Place is very comfortable, clean and has all modern amenities in the room. Staff is very cordial. Restaurant has good food too

I recently stayed at Hotel Utsav and had a pleasant experience. The hotel itself was good, with a friendly atmosphere, and the staff were incredibly courteous and kind. They allowed us to check in early without charging us a single penny, which was a very nice gesture. Any concerns we had were swiftly addressed by the attentive staff. One of the most memorable moments was when the hotel owner touched my mother's feet and took her blessings—a gesture that touched us deeply. The breakfast offered was delicious and included a variety of options like poha, idli with sambhar and coconut chutney, bread/toast with butter or jam, juice, milk, and tea. It was a satisfying start to the day. The only drawback is that the hotel is a bit far from the city, and the neighbourhood is primarily industrial, with factories surrounding the area. There's only a tea and pan shop next to the hotel, so if you're looking for more amenities nearby, it might be a little inconvenient. Overall, it was a good stay, and I appreciate the hospitality we received.

The room service was very nice and comfortable room. Staff behavior was excellent. They fulfilled all our requirements. Room and bathroom Nice and clean.

Property is not well maintained. They do fraud by charging you additionally for things which are damaged beforehand. And if you don't pay what they ask for them they don't let you out. They dnt accept their fault. Owner is also very rude and doesn't listen. Please take this feedback seriously and think before booking this hotel.

Absolutely wonderful hospitality from mangesh and omkar or hotel staff excellent room and beautiful ambiances |There's an overall feel good factor when you enter treebo trend the utsav nashik premises. The spread is good with multiple options across all curisines
