Gateway Nashik

We had a wonderful stay at Gateway Nashik. The team took excellent care of us throughout. Special thanks to Mr. Shubham and Mr. Sachin, who were exceptionally courteous and guided us very well—their hospitality made our experience truly memorable. The new team of chefs has elevated the dining experience to an entirely new level. The breakfast and buffet spreads were generous in variety and full of flavor—every dish was well prepared, and we couldn’t resist trying most of them! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the suite, the beautifully maintained garden, and the sporting activities. We look forward to visiting again soon.

I recently stayed at Gateway, Nasik with my family and we had amazing time! The hotel swimming pool with jacuzzi was awesome and the food was absolutely delicious. The staff was friendly, and they went over and beyond to feel us very special from the moment we arrived until our departure. Special thanks to the staff who has arranged special cake with room decoration for our anniversary. The overall experience was really great. If you are looking for relax time with family, Gateway is definitely worth considering. Highly recommended!

I recently stayed at the Gateway Hotel and had an overall pleasant experience. This was our second visit to the property.The stay was comfortable, and the facilities provided were top-notch, ensuring a relaxing environment. The staff were exceptionally courteous and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. Even the Manager was very helpful and friendly . He himself hosted the Hi Tea event which was very enjoyable event. The food was a highlight of the stay, offering a variety of delicious options that catered to different tastes.The ambience of the hotel is serene and beautifully complemented by lush greenery, with many trees, shrubs, and plants around the premises, creating a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle. Overall, I would recommend the Gateway Hotel for those seeking a tranquil and refreshing stay. Will definitely visit again.

Had a great stay at Gateway Hotel, Nashik. The property is beautifully maintained with lush greenery and a peaceful atmosphere. The staff was warm, courteous, and always ready to help. Rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Food at the restaurant was delicious with a good variety. Overall, a relaxing and enjoyable experience – would definitely recommend it for a comfortable getaway in Nashik.

From the moment we entered the hotel we were made feel special. The service was always above expectation. The staff need special mention who made sure all our demands are fulfilled. We asked for something and it was done with no questions asked. The hotel rooms are very auspicious. There is pool area and visiting in winter sitting in the sun by the pool is best feeling. The refreshing surrounding with lush green trees felt like outside the city murmur. The zen garden on the Japanese lines is worth mentioning.The design and layout of the hotel also need appreciation as every part feel like different place inside one . Last but not least for those visiting the hotel don't ever hesitate to ask for any service. They gladly help you in whatever way they can .

Stayed at the hotel for two nights. Lobby was nice and welcoming. The hotel has ample open space to go around. The restaurants serving breakfast has outdoor seating as well offering some picturesque view. if weather permits its a lovely place to sit and have breakfast. Staff was hospitable in general, restaurant staff allowed me to get in for breakfast 10 minutes prior to scheduled opening time (had a flight to catch). Room was spacious with high ceiling and ample lighting (mostly hotels lack on sufficient lighting). What I did'nt like were two things: (1) - There were practically no options for single person meals ( i ordered from room service), so you end up making some lame choices to manage (2) - This may be typical to me, the mattresses at hotels usually sink from center in effect making the pillow very high which makes overall arrangement very uncomfortable. Food in general was good

*Appreciation Post* I am writing this mail to Thank the Hotel Management for a Wonderful experience during our stay at the Gateway Ambad hotel. We had booked 3 rooms and while we had some delay during checking in as the rooms weren't available. We were also informed that we won't be getting the inter connected rooms. However there was a quick turnaround once Divya (at the reception) came forward to Help us. I showed her the email that I had written for inter connected rooms. She started checking for rooms and immediately informed me that she will arrange for the rooms as requested by me. That indeed was a Great start... and then the superb variety of very good Food, the hospitality and the humble staff at the Buffet set up did make our Day. Overall a Great experience 😊 Thank You, Francis Fernandes

We happened to visit on a Busy weekend which was their reason for the substandard service and poor quality of food. This is definitely not the Tajness or Taj experience We have had from the past. The official/property initiated feedback link has never reached us as it seldom matters to receive the right feedback. So if you are looking forward to unwind and spend quality time especially on a weekend with your family you can merrily SKIP 🙂
