Gateway Nashik

We stayed at the Gateway property for three nights and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The hotel is beautifully maintained, and the entire staff is warm, attentive, and always willing to help. Our rooms were spacious, spotless, and very well maintained. The housekeeping team did an excellent job cleaning and refreshing our room each day, making our stay even more comfortable. The breakfast was truly outstanding, with an impressive variety of fresh and delicious options. There was something for everyone, including continental favorites, South Indian specialties, and authentic Maharashtrian dishes. Every item we tried was flavorful and freshly prepared. I especially enjoyed the coffee, which was consistently excellent. What really made our stay memorable was the exceptional hospitality. Every member of the staff went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and well taken care of. We also loved the soothing live flute music during breakfast—it created a relaxing and elegant atmosphere that made each morning feel special. Overall, this was an exceptional stay, and we would gladly return. Highly recommended!

Had a very good stay overall. Rooms, atmosphere, and cleanliness were great. Staff was polite too. Only issue was the service was quite slow at times. Otherwise, a nice experience

Exceptionally nice and curious staff. Excellent buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner. Good Room service. Very huge balconies on first floor to sit and relax. On the last day " Gateway Nashik Hotel " gave our KAIZ TOURS Group a BON VOYAGE Cake to cut. Shenai was played in the lobby and dining area which was very soothingly. Overall a lovely 2 nights 3 days stay.

The overall experience on arrival was warm and welcoming. The vibrant flower decorations/arrangements at the entrance and various public places gave a very soothing effect to our tired mind. The Front Office Manager Mr Ashish Bhat and team (Yash, Shubham, Shewta, Divya, Poornima, Ashish, Parth, Janhavi) provided a smooth check in. Duty Manager Bhavana too was efficient in matters of billing. There were no issues in the bills and was promptly done. The rooms are well cleaned and kept ready with all our preferred room and bath amenities. We appreciate and acknowledge the efforts put in by Housekeeping headed by Mr Ishwar (Executive Housekeeper) and the super- efficient team (Ambika, Yogesh, Pooja, Tanisha, Ganesh, Rupesh, Parmesh, Kajal, Anshul, Sunil, Shubham, Sahil, Kavita, Anil, Mangesh, Vibha, Vijay, Sandeep, Tanmay, Gopal, Mohan, Navnath, Purshottam). A special word of appreciation for Mr Vijay for the wonderful creative towel art work made on the occasion of our family’s special birthday celebration. The laundry service taken on our previous stay was promptly collected, laundered, ironed and delivered at the said time. The newly designed Spa and Salon are worth the visit. The salon team of Vaibhav, Arun, Ratna and Rohini provide excellent the services offered at the salon/ Spa. The salon/ Spa was well maintained and kept hygienic. The swimming pool also was well maintained an clean. Pravin Chikale, the pool area in charge ensured all guests completed the required declaration forms and followed the needed safety precautions. The F&B Manager Mr Rohan and team of Decan Knot (Managers Saurabh, Harshal, Amrit and their team Krishna, Amol, Siddhi, Bangish, Umesh, Vaishnavi, Lakshita, Aakash, Aditya, Sarveen, Manish, Vikas, Vijay, Sahil, Jyoti, Yash, Manoj, Deepak, Darshan, Niraj, Minal, Yogesh, Siddhartha look after the guests and do a prompt clearance. They understand and remember our preferences and food choices and make suitable recommendations as well. It is commendable. The staff of Deccan Knot ensure that even in peak rush hours all tables are served with equal attention and enthusiasm. The Pancharatna restaurant Manager Mr Ashpakh and team (Yash, Ranveer (innovative cocktails) provide service suited for fine dining. Indian cuisines curated by Executive Chef Ritesh, Chef Taj, Chef Shakti Singh, Chef Kinjal, Chef Sanket, Chef Govind, Chef Poonam, Chef Pradeep, Chef Aashish, Chef Saurabh, Chef Manik, Chef Karan, Chef Vaibhav, Chef Jhadhav are a must try. It was a delight to eat some good Chinese food made by Chef Prashant and home-style kichadi by Chef Pradeep. The F&B food experience has changed for the good. The buffet spread for breakfasts, lunches and dinners are well thought, delicious and appeals to all age groups. A special thanks to the prompt IRD team of Om, Zakir Hussain, Sahil, Avinash, Manoj, Kartik, Aakash, Toufiq and Ashwin who make a note and attend to the requests promptly. The morning breakfasts are never complete without the variety of teas and coffee. Chapattis and parathas made by Kunda Tai has always been a delight. Thankyou maintenance department (Sanket, Anil, Purshottam Patil) for the timely help. The introduction of the evening ritual with dhoop and the soft music played by the flutist (Monish Salunke) is extremely healing and calming. It enhances the city’s temple destination feeling. The yang garden, the playground for children, the pet garden, indoor games, the gym and the outdoor gyming and the beautiful sitting area near and the man-made waterfall are enjoyed by us always. Thankyou Taj Ambad for the wonderful relaxing stay. Vinora Bartender Yasar along-with Ranveer have curated beautiful mocktails and cocktails. In our many visits and stays at Taj/ Gateway Ambad it was wonderful to see that the public spaces, restaurants, gardens and the corridors regularly clean and provided a feeling of freshness. The beautiful lush green gardens were well maintained. We appreciate the good work of all the engineering and garden staff behind the scenes. We sincerely thank one and all for making our stay relaxing, memorable and enjoyable.
