Holiday Inn Express Nashik Indira Nagar, an IHG Hotel

Review of the hotel is overall good except the bathroom and the wash basin experience and the size of the room. Apart from that experience was good and would recommend to others. Location was superb. Staffs were friendly. But kitchen availability during the evening was not as per the menu card provided. Pizza wasn't available at 5 pm in the evening which should have been. Anyways that's not a big issue but should be taken care of. My stay was good and I would likely to recommend this hotel to others.

A good hotel for short stay. The location is good and accessible, good restaurants and stores nearby. The rooms are clean and well maintained, compared to the pune Hinjewadi holiday inn express hotel. The rooms are with central air conditioning, so better temperature controlled. The washrooms room and neat and room service is much better than other places. Overall it was a comfortable stay thoroughly enjoying our stay at Hotel Holiday Inn Express. |Dattatraya Auti front office all team very polite and decent.|Ganesh housekeeper. he is doing well job, very supportive and easily access response....thank you for support .

This is one of the property which makes you feel like home away from home because of its hospitality & service. I checked in at 11 in the morning and a very warm welcome by Mr.Sushovan and Ms.Komal made my day. Though i was told to wait for 20Mins until the rooms were getting ready meanwhile i was asked if i need to have a cup of coffee or tea by Mr.Sayan.I got a room within the time line and Mr.Ganesh ensured that everything was upto date inside the room.Mr.Yogesh in the restaurant also was very prompt in taking care of all the needs for all the guests. In the evening got an opportunity to meet the GM of the Hotel Mr. Datta who is just a call away for anything and ensures that stay goes smooth for all the guests. Glad to see him offering a cup of coffee and was in a professional attire as always. Overall stay was perfect and the only reason to stay here again and again is only because of the care shown and hospitality and service. Everyone does whatever possible in their limits and best of their abilities. Check out done by Mr.Chetan and Ms.Komal was the cherry on the top being very quick.!! thank you once again. Kudos to Mr. Datta and his wonderful team.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! Our day started with a fulfilling breakfast. The staff were incredibly helpful, and Neha went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. Her warm demeanor and efficiency truly made my experience memorable. Highly recommend!

Worst hotel ever have stay, rooms are too small and feels like suffocating. Very small washroom even not proper space to stand. Most horrible thing is food not prepared in hotel kitchen, it's bring from our side place. Pre cooked food is served. No taste in food and worst disgusting quality of food. Also service is too late, nobody listen once. Never recommend this property to stay in future to any body

I had lovely stay at the Holiday Inn. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Mr Ganesh ji for keeping the room spotless and stocked. Food is also great. Laundry service is excellent. I recommend this hotel highly. Value for money...

We have been staying at this property over a period and we have seen the metamorphosis, The quality of service has improved markedly, it may be that some guest may not have the same experience. But we have been watching and the staff really make tremendous effort to make guest stay comfortable. Many new staff have been inducted and appreciate they have made sure guests are welcome. From the point of entry, the security, Mr. Nilesh and Mr. Pandit are efficient and courteous. The new front desk, Mr. Daniel, you have made welcoming staff an art thank you. While the breakfast is undergoing a change would love to see a lot more changes and quickly. The staff Shatrughna Vaishnavi, Suam and Prathamesh thank you. House keeping has improved drastically and thanks to Mr. Tejas, Mr. Harshal and Mr. Ganesh

The hotel is going down hill very fast compared to last couple of years. There was chaos at breakfast, lunch dinner. Empty serving bowls, delayed refilling, and most disappointing unapologetic staff trying to push it as normal. Few require fresh training. Shower area stinks. Toilet has wall stains. No one is attending from housekeeping. Hope things improve during next visit before the property is deleted from list to stay.
