Where do I even begin? Umesh Nalawade at the front desk provided truly exceptional service during my stay. He went above and beyond when I realized I had left some important belongings at a previous hotel in another city. Umesh took it upon himself to ensure that my items were safely retrieved and helped me retrieve them without any hassle. His kindness, professionalism, and dedication were remarkable. I am incredibly grateful for his help and couldn't have asked for better service. Umesh truly deserves a 5-star rating for his outstanding efforts!|Hotel room was clean, breakfast was good and again back to Umesh was exceptional.|Thank you for excellent customer service 👏.

Must Visit Hotels in Nashik 😍 One Star Minus For No Privacy in Washrooms. Stay Was Super and Breakfast With So many options, Staff are Friendly, Location is easy to reach, well connected to all the famous visiting places in nashik, Rooms were likely small but all the facilities are provided. *Please Improve your washrooms doors like visible, not everyone comes for honeymoon so many are travelling with family and friends It might be a business visit with colleagues they may be friends or brothers and sisters. Overall a Good Experience No Disturbance From Anyone, Thank You 😊

Best price and quality. I lived in many hotels in Nashik, but this one the most smart, the best thing there is a self laundry room. Very good service. Dinner and breakfast maybe quite Indian, but is okay for European people too. Best place for your business trip.

Small room size & staff less responsive. Had to ask twice or thrice for essential items to be kept in rooms. Overall decent stay & location is best. Food is gd

Unexpected “Express” Though international brand, it felt less than desired. A/C in room could not keep up. Warm night. Great mattress, great hot shower. Clean room. Evening food took over an hour for two dishes to arrive. Evening meal quality was poor. Breakfast variety was good - veg and non- veg both available - even had a good omelet. They don’t keep the lobby/restaurant a/c on so evening meal and breakfast time was unpleasant stuffy air. Room had no division - No privacy for showering/changing clothes - so not good for group business trip.

This hotel is neat and clean and also at good location. Also, room service was quick and supportive. Special thanks to Mr. Ganesh Mhaske for prompt support with any need. Overall it was very nice experience with the hotel.

Excellent Service from all areas of the hotel. Special mention for Mr. Ganesh who made sure the room was clean and provided us with clean towels promptly. Miss.Joshi from the Breakfast section was very helpful and prompt. Had a very pleasant stay. Would highly recommend it.

Good value for money hotel with functional and hygienic rooms and a good breakfast. Location is pretty amazing as it offers great connectivity to in and out of the city. Shoutout to Joshi for a wonderful service during the breakfast. She helped a lot during our breakfast as we had a 3 year old with us.
