Hotel Seven Heaven

It was our first and may be last stay at this hotel located near the Highway. It is away from the main Nashik city. I am very much disappointed with the hotel stay and their services. First of all , they allotted the small room to us with a high tariff, which was not expected. Secondly , I didn’t get hot water as because they didn’t have electric geyser. They are relying completely on solar water geysers which will not work in cold weather. I have to call n number of times for hot water. Thirdly , they are charging a fee if you are asking for empty or extra plates and spoons. Fourthly , the TV in the room was not working. Only the breakfast part was good. We enjoyed it. And about parking , they don’t have much space.Overall, the hotel needs high improvement in their all aspects to make customers comfortable and happy after they leave.Henceforth, I will not recommend you stay here. If you want , then you may have to face some kind of discomfort.

I stayed at Seven Heaven two days ago for two nights. The stay was very pleasant. Overall the decor of our room and the hotel may seem a bit old, but it is very comfortable and hygienic. I was able to get good night sleep. The housekeeping does a good job. They are also very responsive when called. My experience has been the opposite of a few reviews here since the staff was very courteous. There was hot water at all times, clean towels were kept at all times too. There were a few minor things like a glass and stirrer missing at the coffee station. It was immediately provided at a single call. I stayed there for a function I had to attend, but I can imagine it is a great place to stay if you are taking a stopover after Shirdi or some other trip on the Nashik route.

I have recently stayed at a hotel. The location is good it is just on the highway so you can avoid all the crowds of the city. The rooms are very average to the amount of money you paid and not that clean. I haven't tasted the food so can't comment on it. Definitely not a business hotel as I requested for Iron and they were not having it. I guess it is an option for a family trip but definitely not for the business. Overall it is an ok hotel but could be better for the amount they are quoting for.

Renovated Rooms on 2nd floor are good and cosy . Cleanliness is good. Issue with hot water in bathroom. I stayed here for 3 days and all 3 days hot water was given in bucket due to some issue in heater. There are no nearby options for food etc outside the hotel.

Hotel Seven Heaven in Nashik is an excellent choice, especially for those looking for a family-friendly . The hotel’s conference room was well-equipped and provided a comfortable setting for our event, making it ideal for business meetings or family gatherings. The food at Seven Heaven was outstanding! The sizzler, in particular, is a must-try, but honestly, every dish we tried was fantastic. The chefs truly know how to create memorable meals that everyone in our family enjoyed. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making it a perfect place to unwind with family. We had an amazing time and look forward to visiting again! Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Nashik!

First if all.. the service was horrific! They just don't care about your orders and requests, No Coplementry Water, No Towels, No Hot Water For bathing and Extra Mattress was chargeable, it was rock solid and was of bad quality plus very dirty. WE also Found A COCKROACH in our Room as it was climbing up our suitcase , Their Breakfast was inedible NOT RECCOMENDED FOR ANYONE AND THE WORST EXPERIENCE WE EVER HAD.

One of the best property in nashik , best ambiance yummy good and excellent service thanks to management specially to gm dhami, mr patil,vishal,shinto and team will visit surely next time , ambiance is nice too, very promt service and quick response.

Tv channel are not working. In bathroom oil type liquid spred all over floor. Less brightness in washroom , unable to do shaving. Less cooling in cafeteria.
