Absolutely loved my stay at Hotel Seven Heaven! From the moment I stepped in, the ambiance was inviting and soothing. 1.5 star overall Positive: Good condition Rooms Negative: Absolutely NO Zero parking space You have to park 3 4 buildings ahead. Extremely slow staff to respond to anything. Hotwater only in morning, not in evening or night. Bad food, especially tea. No taste and always cold. Tea ordered in room also cold. Slippery bathroom i doono for what reason.

Untrained staff. Breakfast is just average. Resturant doesn't have exhaust, always smells odd when we visited.

Don't go for staying in. Rooms are not at all clean. They are using the same bedsheet for everyone(not even changing it). Reception management is also very poor. The mattress & pillow are completely rotten.

We have booked this hotels banquet hall for my Friend's engagement ceremoney. The one major problem I faced with this hotel they are not providing valid bill on there registered bill pad. They just print the amount on paper and took near about 75000 rs. This is not acceptable even i told them many a times I need original bill with hotel stamp on it, but they refused to do so. I think there is little bit management problem as the person managing hotel will put that money in his own pocket instead of giving to Owner. Otherwise it will be good one.
