Hotel Seven Heaven

I visited [Hotel Name] today and specifically ordered a vegetarian soup. To my shock, they served me a non-veg soup instead. This is extremely irresponsible, especially for people who are strictly vegetarian for religious or personal reasons. When I informed the staff, their response was not satisfactory either. It shows a lack of basic attention and respect towards customer preferences. Overall, I was highly disappointed with both the service and the food. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for reliable vegetarian food.

Absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! . It’s the perfect place to relax and unwind. The rooms were comfortable, and the service was excellent. Highly recommend for a serene getaway!

HOTEL location, rooms are good...but staff needs be trained to handle customers....food quality very very poor...breakfast highly not recommended...as well as lunch....it is important for owner and manager to check google reviews as i really found out some of the issues mentioned in reviews were very true

PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL, WORST EXPERIENCE , IT FAILED TO PROVIDE BASIC AMMENTIES LIKE HOT WATER, WIFI. THEY DONT HAVE EVEN GEYSER INSTALLED THEY ARE 100% DEPENDENT ON SOLAR WHICH WAS NOT WORKING. PILLOWS,CURTAINS WERE SO DIRTY THAT ANYONE WOULD BARELY WANT TO TOUCH, EMPLOYEES ARE REALLY SLOW , CHECKIN TOOK 30 MINUTES ALTHOUGH THE ROOM WAS READY. PLEASE DONT SEE THE PHOTOS AND RATING , NOT SURE WHO RATED THEM. EVEN AFTER ASKING FOR UPGRADE THE PERSON AT RECEPTION DENIED STATING THERE ARE NO ROOMS BUT THERE WERE ROOMS AVAILABLE ONLINE. I WAS READY TO EVEN PAY BUT THEY DID NOT HEAR ANYTHING. WIFI PASSWORD WAS ALSO NOT GIVEN. PLEASE SEE THE ATTACHED PICS. THE RATES ARE REALLY HIGH COMPARED TO OTHER HOTELS. WE ASKED TO CHANGE THE PILLOW COVERS AND BLANKETS COVER BUT THEY SAID LAUNDRY IS DONE AFTER 3 DAYS SO THEY CANNOT CHANGE, ONLY BEDSHEET WAS CHANGED BECAUSE IT WAS AVAILABLE. THE DOOR LATCH WAS ALSO VERY HARD

Smelly rooms. Cramped rooms. They charge even for a spoon you ask them. Only two sachets of tea sugar are given for entire duration of stay.its not replenished without being charged extra. Not very hospitable staff

It was our first and may be last stay at this hotel located near the Highway. It is away from the main Nashik city. I am very much disappointed with the hotel stay and their services. First of all , they allotted the small room to us with a high tariff, which was not expected. Secondly , I didn’t get hot water as because they didn’t have electric geyser. They are relying completely on solar water geysers which will not work in cold weather. I have to call n number of times for hot water. Thirdly , they are charging a fee if you are asking for empty or extra plates and spoons. Fourthly , the TV in the room was not working. Only the breakfast part was good. We enjoyed it. And about parking , they don’t have much space.Overall, the hotel needs high improvement in their all aspects to make customers comfortable and happy after they leave.Henceforth, I will not recommend you stay here. If you want , then you may have to face some kind of discomfort.

I stayed at Seven Heaven two days ago for two nights. The stay was very pleasant. Overall the decor of our room and the hotel may seem a bit old, but it is very comfortable and hygienic. I was able to get good night sleep. The housekeeping does a good job. They are also very responsive when called. My experience has been the opposite of a few reviews here since the staff was very courteous. There was hot water at all times, clean towels were kept at all times too. There were a few minor things like a glass and stirrer missing at the coffee station. It was immediately provided at a single call. I stayed there for a function I had to attend, but I can imagine it is a great place to stay if you are taking a stopover after Shirdi or some other trip on the Nashik route.

I have recently stayed at a hotel. The location is good it is just on the highway so you can avoid all the crowds of the city. The rooms are very average to the amount of money you paid and not that clean. I haven't tasted the food so can't comment on it. Definitely not a business hotel as I requested for Iron and they were not having it. I guess it is an option for a family trip but definitely not for the business. Overall it is an ok hotel but could be better for the amount they are quoting for.
