Booked through oyo customer care but after calling the hotel they say they don't accept oyo at all! They denied confirm booking by oyo and oyo said they are accepting but they have closed business with oyo since a year as learned on the phone before travelling to the hotel in person! Both are unworthy of trust!

If there was negative rating, I would have given that. No windows for room & bathroom(No exhaust fan). My parents got sick. Pathetic room service & staff behaviour. Even for making 2 cups of tea they took more than hour after calling them thrice. The cupboard had no handle to open it. Room service number was off & I have to go to reception to give my order. Please don't waste your money on such a dirty hotel.

Good service, clean rooms, staff is also friendly. I stayed here for 2 or 3 days I have no complaints about the hotel and staff. Location is also good. It is near the u s consultant office. Free wifi available for 24 hours. Good meals are also provided by the hotel.

I stayed here with my family for 3 nights. It was my one of the worst experience in terms of room service provided by the hotel staff. The taste of the food which was ordered on the first day was really bad. Later, we had to look out for another restaurant nearby. The rooms are very congested for 3 people. Their is no ventilation area. The corners of the toilet area were dirty & it was smelling fetid. Hot water was not available for continuous 3 nights & also their is no provision to hang the clothes in the washroom. Wish their was a option to rate zero stars.

Very worth experience in my life in this hotel,,those staff language included main head is to bad and those menarche,,,compare to price they are providing nothing also as not given system invoice,,,I never recommend to anyone for stay in this hotel…

Experience was really great. (Dec - winter) I stayed there for 3 Nights only with wife. Pros: - Very closed to "Sion Railway Station". And biggest benefit is "you can go to station by walk and go anywhere Vidyavihar, Dadar, CSMT or CHURCHGATE" - Room was nice, neat and clean. I didn't take AC ROOM but Fan was fast enough too make the room cool. Note: My room had a window. But you should check whether there's a window or proper ventilation. - Room service was great. Staff members were very Polite behaviour and ready to help whenever needed. Specially the manager was really polite and helped to proper places. - Bathroom: It was clean and everything was working fine. No issues was there Cons: - Check if room has window and proper ventilation or not. Because if you open window there might be a case of "mosquito bites and all" - Check if hot water is coming or not and how it works? Don't hesitate and just ask for their guidance and they'll tell you.

Good hotel with good location and good price. Best part of this hotel was it has everything at its near by locations. Railway station was 500 mts away from it. International Airport was 10kms away from this location. Bandra market was 6kms from this location. It had two local restaurant near by its location. Rooms were good , had everything like AC, TV, fire extinguisher, almirah and so on. Rooms were clean. Toilet was clean. Floor was clean. This whole hotel was newly constructed. This hotel has lift in it. If I talk about the service though I had not taken as such service from them but whatever I asked from them they brought it for me. If you check in they give you two big towels and 2 small soaps. Food I had brought from the local restaurant. It was good in taste and cheap in terms of price. I hope this review will help you to book this hotel. Thanks

One of the major problem i have faced is water supply in bathroom. There is some issue in water supply and they can't even fix it within 24 hours. No tv in the room . Bathroom was very clingy , no ventilation, feeling sophisticated, they don't even properly provide drinking water bottle, always shortage. there is no floor mat infornt of bathroom, i ask them for it but they ignore it. Except this only one thing i like was their food. The food was quite delicious. And another thing is it's near airport.
