FabHotel Prime Land - Hotel in Kurla West, Mumbai

The rooms were very small. Bedding was old and had lints all over it. There were no toiletries in the washroom. We were even charged for first water bottles. Location of the hotel was very unhygienic and beside hotel building was a steel plant, which created lot of disturbances. Many more things. Basically, hotel is not being maintained properly.

One of the worst stay in my life, pathetic service, rooms filled with bed bugs, broken shower, no water in jet sprays. Attitude of staff makes you feel disgusted, anything that you highlight or ask for is unheard. Never plan your stay in this place. I was bluffed & fooled looking at the reviews, ended up making biggest mistake to book it for stay.

This is one of the better hotels for this price range. It's not quite fantastic. However it delivered. The rooms were on the smaller end but adequate. The bathrooms didn't smell like scented flowers. They had the barest hint of the Indian toilet smell. Given our day outside, this was a comparison we were happy to work with. We didn't see any cockroaches, and the room had a few mosquitoes. But we just got out of around 5 bites a minute. Again a welcome change. Side note. Most of the Indian hospitality services have lead to us expecting unclean bedstuffs. So we didn't use the blankets provided. Now aside from getting what we paid for, No toilet paper was provided for the toilets. The bidet/spray is a wonderful supplement to be fair. But leaving the restroom with a soaked backdoor in hot and humid Mumbai is highly irritating. The attendants offered to fill up our bottles when we asked. It was nice, aside from the water being room temperature. I would have greatly preferred cold water. Either way, if your budget is around rupees 2000, I would recommend this hotel. As long as you remember that only a select few hospitality staff (the ones you will talk to face to face and who are waiting and hoping for you to pay them) in India care about your experience. As long as you pay for the bare minimum, the rest really couldn't be bothered

The hotel is well located on the main road and near to sion railway station. But the location is all in the market place. The rooms and the services are not worth the amount. They do not give any water bottle or any provision to make tea coffee in room. You only get soap and towel. Though the wifi was good and rooms had smart tv. Price could have been a little less. Not worth 3k. The hotel has their own restaurant service to order food and breakfast if added is given in room.

Very bad experience with the stay firstly the staff behaviour was very bad they don’t even know how to talk with there customers and second thing i done an online payment of 30% on my total as one of the person of customer care said me and then when I reached my hotel they said i pay only 20% amount and i show my payment history but hotel staff didn’t accept it …. I kindly tell all customers to first check

Not preferable. As per price and location not satisfied. Breakfast is like a joke. Just single bread butter and tea for breakfast. This is the first time in my life I've seen this breakfast in a hotel. Locality is too bad. Only photos of the hotel are good but when you look at them actually definitely you will not prefer. Bathroom door not closing.. what else needs to say..
