The rooms were very neat and clean and so was the entire property. Food provided was very good and excceded expectations. There is an extra charge of 250 for ordering food from outside. The reception staff was a bit rude and uncooperative which was frustrating. Location of the hotel was extremely good with all the major areas of Indore easily accessible.

All the facilities available & stay was near & clean. Keep in mind the extra charges (double the MRP) for anything you ordered like a water bottle or cold drink.

Our booking from goibibo was cancelled/not accepted by the hotel. Reason given - They are not associated with Oyo. We had book directly with them which was more in cost compared to goibibo. For the hotel - Decent room. Decent staff. Location not along the main road so might be a small minus point. But more than enough food/tea joints nearby.

Pathetic service,very Dirty room, bedsheets and pillow cases,got allergy coz of their dirty bedsheet.no mineral water provided,when asked for ,they charged more then MRP which is actually illegal in India.No Handwash provided,they gave a small medimix soap as bathroom kit.the door knob's screw was loose so again security compromised,Very Unprofessional staff.wrose experience.

Rooms are not as tidy as expected.... Bathrooms are very small... Found hairs here and there on the bedsheet, blankets... Parking is on the very uneven space infront of the hotel, Water tastes very bad in this hotel compared to that other public places. After ordering tea/coffee the waiting time is very long 40+ minutes

We book 3 rooms 3-4 days earlier from oyo room and when we reach at the hotel(oyo 479 townhouse) they said we were overbooked. The Hotel management said it's oyo company policy if any guest arrives earlier you can give them a room even if another had paid in advance for that room. Also, the staff of the hotel was rude and was continuously changing their statement regarding their and oyo's blunder. Without any information or prior notice, they gave our room to someone else due to that my family had to find another hotel. To oyo 479 townhouse and management staff, don't reply that there is no record in our name in the hotel, we had taken a video also of your staff's behavior if you need we will send our booking details and video also
