Unfortunately theres no negative stars to describe this place. Its a worst place to stay in. Since we paid before, the hotel staffs given us the rooms in worst condition which was stinking n smelling and also even refused to serve breakfasy despite it was complimentary. There were not even curtains in room! Room were total unhygienic. Oyo has reduced their standards by huge. Beware of staying at this place.

Extremely unhygienic property. Rooms are issued with used & torn bedsheets & bedrolls. Toilets are dirty and sanitary fixtures are broken or in a not working condition. The staff is least interested in providing service to the guests and have a unprofessional attitude. Worst breakfast served. Rooms are very small & congested, the sizes are manipulated on OYO website. It seems that OYO hasn't monitored this property.

Never ever book this hotel. Such kind of hotels should be marked Red by Government. Cockroaches were running over the bed, washroom was very dirty spitting was all over the place. For room service no one was available. AC was not working. Continuous abusive noise was audible. Staff was totally lofer, they didn't knew how to even talk. I think this hotel is preferred by couple for few hours of stay. These days Oyo have gained the reputation of being red hotels only. No standard No professionalism. They are just distributing their name to any dirty hotel. Highly disappointed and disgusted.

It is regretted to share my experience regarding with OYO Shree devina palace at indore.I was booked 2nos classic rooms, but they allotted small rooms which does not match the rooms which was I booked. After discussion with hotel receptionist he was arranged only one classic room.it means we r paying more money for allotted rooms. But service boys are good at the hotel.

The Rooms were not as per the new standards. The bathroom was smelly and no precautions for the covid. I would not recommend to anyone for a stay. The bedsheets were used. The floor wasn't cleaned. And most important its not safe to stay there with family.

Worst experience as no right location on google maps for the hotel. That means they are getting bookings of two hotels in one hotel and the distance between the location and the hotel is minimum 5 k.m .and a small boy at reception that's he's manager.. and no responsible person available in hotel. I personally do not recommend this hotel for stay..

Worst place to stay not safe at all for family or couples very dirty room and bed. Staff is drunk all the time. Worst experience i have ever had , there is blood on bedsheets now you can understand the rest

Worst experience in my indore trip as no right location on google maps for the hotel and a small boy at reception that's he's manager.. and no responsible person available in hotel. I personally do not recommend this hotel for stay..
