JMC HOTEL BLUE INN (A UNIT OF JMC HOTELS)

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very disappointing experience. The room was not cleaned properly, with visible dust and grime, and I even found used condoms in the dustbin. Additionally, some fruit I had in the room was eaten by a mouse. There was no lift facility, and the ceiling fan wasn’t working properly. On top of that, they don’t allow visitors into your room, and there is no sitting area. Overall, this stay was unsanitary, inconvenient, and lacked basic amenities. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel location is good but the hotel manager's behavior is very bad. There is no care for the guests. Cleaning is not proper. No one cares for the guests after payment. Water is not served and the manager starts fighting when asked. Overall my experience with the manager was very bad.
