Staff is very sincere and staff behaviour is very cool, The Room is also clean.

on third floor no wi-fi was able to connect due to corner room. balcony was dirty because of pigeon scat. However the service was good.

Overall a decent hotel for budget travelers. Special mention for the staff, super friendly, super helpful. Clean rooms, CCTV available, clean bedsheet and stuff.. It's written that parking is available, but we have to park on open road, so if you're traveling by vehicle, I'd suggest to look for a gated hotel. Would have given 4 star, but parking was the issue

It was a very nice experience in staying there, and over-all the staffs were very polite who took care of each and everything. I stayed with my grandfather, and they did all the needful without any sort of mess. It was a loving experience to stay there, highly recommended for every individuals.

One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. I couldn't find zero star so I am giving 1. Whatever is shown on the website, you won't get the same room. Even one of the rooms doesn't have window glass. We reached the hotel @1 PM and they said that they are overbooked and will be able to give standard rooms; without AC. As we have paid the amount in advance we didn't have a choice. They asked us to wait till 5 PM so they could accommodate us. We waited till 9 PM for a room and got the room without windows. We didn't have any choice, we stayed the night and checked out the next morning. If you are reading this review, don't book this hotel.

The people were really nice. They helped whenever needed and accomodated multiple requests of mine like early breakfast, late check-out. Initially hot water was not coming but once I informed them they fixed it immediately. The food was nice as well. A little overpriced though. The down point was cleanliness. The blanket was not clean and had a little smell. The bedsheet also needed washing. They changed the bedsheet when I asked though. I didn't bother them with the blanket. The bathroom needs some work. e.g. in my room, the toilet seat was a little broken and the door was getting locked from outside. And there was no option of easy fixing. So i had to sleep with the bathroom door ajar a little. The worst part was the tiny cockroaches. They were everywhere (except the bed somehow). In the bathroom, floor, doors etc. They really need to do something about this. This was not a problem specific to my room as I heard a couple complaining about this as well. The room charge was affordable. I would say if they can clear the cockroaches, then the room would become catch in the price they have asked.

I am stay in one month with my family. Great experience this hotel .hotel staff very helpfull and polite behaviour. Best part prime location and reasonable prices.
