I would have given no ratings at all if there is any option. They denied the check-in at last moment. We booked the room from oyo app and at last moment they denied the check-in. They were soo rude to us. While I was sitting there booking another room 5 people complaint about their washroom condition. Worst hotel ever. Most importantly the person at the reception was soo rude not to us only he was rude to each and everyone who was coming and complaining about stuffs.

The manager was very rude when we tried to check in and denied the check in when we showed our booking. Many customers staying there were constantly asking him for hot water and he was ignoring everyone. Don't stay there guys, you will definitely regret it. I asked one of the customers checking out outside he said he found bed bugs there.

Apart from the issues with staff, up-keeping of the hotel... the building itself is in voilation of many laws. Just avoid it if you care for your and your family's life.

There is no landline in the room, no table, no chair, beddings are not at all clean. Unhygienic washroom and no geyser available, really bad atmosphere. Do not prefer this hotel if you come to Indore

Worst hotel at all, dust were all around the room, bathroom was so dirty and blanket cover, pillo cover were so dirty. Receptionist were not ready to listen even single complaint

Worst staying experience . no reception response,no clean room, leaky bathroom taps,no hot water ,why Oyo decreased its quality. Never recommended

Worst hotel ever been to. No water in washroom, poor infrastructure, not hot water or drinking water. Place stinks and untidy.
