Its tasty food and all smile services! The staff was reluctant to provide centre table for all of us though it was free.there is friendliness and dynamism of the staff. we had such a marvellous experience at Shreemaya residency and this was totally amazing. Though the food was well spread and the starters were awesome👌.

I had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Shreemaya, Indore from 8th to 10th September 2025, and my experience was nothing short of exceptional. From check-in to check-out, everything reflected class, warmth, and perfection. The hotel maintains impeccable hygiene standards, and every corner feels clean and well-kept. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the overall hospitality is truly top-notch. What stood out the most was the staff’s politeness and professionalism. Each member of the team carries a genuine smile and a helpful attitude, which instantly makes you feel at home. A heartfelt mention to Shivani ji and Lalu ji from the breakfast team — their care, attentiveness, and thoughtful service made mornings a delight. They didn’t just serve food; they served warmth and comfort. The food quality is excellent — fresh, flavorful, and prepared with great attention to detail. The breakfast spread, in particular, was both rich and satisfying, ensuring a perfect start to the day. In short, Hotel Shreemaya is a benchmark of hospitality in Indore. If you are looking for a stay that blends comfort, hygiene, delicious food, and heartfelt service, this is the place to be. I will undoubtedly choose Shreemaya again on my next visit to Indore and highly recommend it to everyone.

Shreemaya Hotel and Residency, located at AB Road, Indore, provided a truly delightful experience for my family and me during our recent visit this week. From the moment we entered, we were impressed by the welcoming atmosphere and the elegant yet cozy décor that immediately made us feel comfortable. The restaurant offers an extensive and diverse menu featuring North Indian, South Indian, Chinese, and a wide selection of freshly prepared bakery items. Each dish we tried was bursting with flavor and made with high-quality ingredients. Personally, I was blown away by the richness of the Butter Chicken, the softness and flavor of the Garlic Naan, and the indulgent chocolate pastry, which was a perfect way to end the meal. The service was equally impressive — the staff was polite, attentive, and ensured that our dining experience was smooth and enjoyable. We didn’t have to wait long for our food, which was a pleasant surprise considering how popular the place is. The ambience was warm, with beautiful décor, soft lighting, and a lively yet relaxed vibe that made it ideal for both families and groups of friends. Shreemaya is clearly an amazing restaurant in Indore, and it’s easy to see why. With its outstanding food, excellent service, and inviting atmosphere, it offers everything one could want in a dining experience. I absolutely intend to visit many more times in the future and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Indore.

Everything about our stay was perfect, food was amazing especially the biryani and paratha we have a great time and would definitely come again, everyone was so helpful and very respectful

Without a doubt one of the best hotels I have stayed during my many trips to India. I keep returning to it. The service is excellent, friendly. The food great from the restaurant below. Rooms very large and well equipped bathrooms with powerful hot showers. My only advice would be to soundproof the rooms on the front better from the very noisy main road, perhaps by adding double glazing.

We did not visit the hotel. We visited the restaurant and cafe. The sizzler at the cafe was amazing. The restaurant has a nice, calm and ambient dining area. The staff is very kind and the service is good. Would definitely want you to come back to this inviting hotel

Hospitality is very poor.. First off all they have created an issue in checkin, which I thought was fine cause every hotel has their own norms..but when I ordered dinner and I asked them that I will clear the bill during my check out...but they told me it's not possible for online booking...then guyz u really should not take online booking...u can make revenue on online booking but the service provided by you to online customer are pathetic..highly disappointed with the hospitality...as the booking was online so already 10k for rooms was paid and for rs 500 dinner bill they created so much of scene... This is the 1st time I faced such an issue in my online booking in any city till date..worst hospitality... Moreover not at all near the airport..so don't waste your time staying here

An old school hotel...with good food. Bathrooms the size of a room in itself! Play cricket there😂 Good staff and services.
