HOTEL SHREEMAYA RESIDENCY

I have placed an order for my family in takeaway mode. I have bad experience with Shreemaya celebrity. Few of the items from order was missing. So I contacted the manager and ask for delivery of missing items or provide me refund. The manager told me that when I visit next time, they will serve missing items as complimentary 😅. I have just one question, what will be the meaning of providing missing items at next day? I am just expecting proper justification of my issue.

Very warm & hospitable hotel. Food is one of the top hallmarks. Breakfast has a lot of variety. Staff is very hospitable and caring. Cleanliness is on point.

Srimaya is the brand of good food and hospitality. Even though this facility in ABRoad does not have a swimming pool or spa, it is still a best place to stay and eat food Breakfast is buffet is so yummy and let's you taste best of Indore. They had an awesome lunch buffet as well but they discontinued it. I think they should open it up again.

Undoubtedly one of the best Hotels in terms of comfort of stay and amenities in Indore. The highly courteous and humble staff treats you as a family member rather than a guest. The food is just superb and the rooms are superbly maintained with a big dressing cum bathroom. The inhouse cafe cum pastery shop is a must visit.

This is one of the best hotels to stay in Indore. Ias always been to their bakery and was a fan of their restaurant food. I had never imagined that their hotel would such a top class one. Their breakfast buffets are not like normal buffets that you can pick up from the counters. They offer you ordered food from their special menu on your table. As a matter of fact their managers and team humbly instist you on trying their delicacies. Very warm team and great experience. Also this is one of the very few hotels that have a LIBRARY and a BUSINESS CENTER with office spaces and conference areas in the hotel. The location is also prime as in it can't be any primer than this. One of the rare places where I can't find any faults or shortcomings.
