FabHotel Imperial Regency - Hotel in Tukoganj, Indore

Walkable from Station, its very convenient. Has all the options for food nearby. Rooms are much better compared to other pathetic hotels in that area. They can focus on providing more options in the room service menu. staff is very helpful.

Close to train station. Clean room, good blankets, Airconditioner,fan. Very sad - you don't get hot water. A small geyser and it's switch is at reception. You have to go and ask to switch on. And in 10 minutes you get one mug of lukewarm water. Then gone.

They are cheaters ,I booked fab hotel santoor , there they asked for marriage certificate despite being married since we didn't carry the certificate they denied entry....worst part was they sent us to some shady and downgraded place where tarrif was much lower still they charged the booking amount . The place was so bad that we had to check out ...immediately to a diffrent property . They didn't even issue any refund no intimation of rules ...they mint money out of customers with bad customer care

Worst stay experienced in my life. I'll never prefer this hotel to my enemy. Rudest receptionist staff who claims to be owner of the hotel. He'll fight with for to hide their mistake. Bedsheets were dirty, hairs were found and still he said this could be cleaning staffs hairs as we have changed the bed sheets but it was not. Felt insecure and invalued. Please never stay to this hotel .

The Hotel is too concern about cost. They centrally control ac n geyser. Every time one has to call for using these. Limited kitchen time. Don't change towel, bedsheets in 3 nights even after request.

Hotel is good, provided that they should improve their drainage system because of which, bad smell was in toilets. Infrastructurely they should improve upon ventilation issues.

Didn't like the towels provided.. gyser was not working.. though the owner made different aarangement. But was really discomfort

It was rather a good experience. Enjoyed the stay. All staff members wete cooperative and hence the stay was smooth and excellent
