Capital O 36589 Hotel Imperial Regency

The hotel was nice, with clean rooms and good facilities. However, I was disappointed with the high price of bottled water, which felt unnecessary. Overall, it was a decent stay, but small improvements like this could make the experience even better.

I give 2 stars for the room which I had loved but apart from it nothing else is good. The location of the hotel isn't the best. It's located in a area which only has automobile shops around & you'll not find a place you can go to and eat apart from KFC, Subway, Dominoes. THEY DO NOT ACCEPT CARDS. THEY DO NOT HAVE A RESTAURANT and due to lack of ventilation the washroom starts to stink pretty bad. The owner of the property is not as cooperative as one should be and demanded to charge 500/- if we wished to stay for another 1-2 hours (Which are complimentary by OYO Policies). The WiFi signals are lacking in most rooms and very slow in some. It's a very polluted area where it is. I'd suggest go here only if you plan to stay inside the room at all times or don't need much of outside amenities. We had to Zomato our meals. I didn't hate the stay but I also wouldn't recommend.

It is a decent place. We personally didn't have good experience. Initially they were giving us a room with a huge hole in washroom covered with plastic. Then they gave us a room with washroom was not even clean. When we asked them to cleam they simply asked us to shift to another room. The service there was quite slow and even after paying for complementary breakfast, all we got was white bread (not even toasted) with tea.

Hotel Staff- Very Rude & Arrogant, Too much annoyed with Oyo so if you are oyo customer beware that he is not going to behave well with you. Entrance- No proper entrance, at both side of entrance tyres shops are there , you wont find space to go to hotel. Breakfast- Good quality breakfast & very less qty , better to have it outside. Rooms & design - Since its a new hotel it very nicely made, beds , toilets are class one . No complaints about it. Nearby- KFC ,dominos at walking distance. Advice- Learn how to behave with customers then only you will last long, I came to your hotel only because of Oyo, so dont think that your hotel deserves better customer/Price without oyo tag.

Spacious and clean rooms, very polite staff and quick service, professional staff. Very convenient for traveller travelling by train as walking distance from railway station. Highly recommended.

The check in staff did a '"great favour". by giving my pre booked room as He is not interested in OYO customers as OYO owes them 5 Lacs from previous dues.This is more of a guest house and not a proper hotel. No in-house restaurant. The hotel is on the third floor and in the midst of an Auto spare Parts market. Was provided with an unsealed water bottle. No work table table . Can't work on the laptop. The staff does not give a damn. Don't know how I will spend the night. Will cancell rest of my stay for five days. God save me.

I had a great 2 nights at this paradise located in the heart of indore, this is probably the best place to stay in indore at this price range, really pleasent and clean , but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay is it has a beautiful roof top restaurant, the room was clean and comfortablecomfortable. I'll definitely stay here again.

1.Good Budget Hotel. 2. Don't expect any favour for Check In & Check Out Timing. 3. No Restaurant at Hotel. 4. Though I visited Hotel with my Family, I didn't see much families, but no issues in this regard. 5. Centrally located, close to Chappan Dukan and Sarafa Bazar.
