Overall experience is nice except the in-house restaurant service facility which is not good. They took so much time to prepare and serve anything and everything. Otherwise the rooms are clean, spacious, nice lights, washing are clean.

Room size is really good and the cleanliness is too. The hotel staff is polite and really helpful... A major advantage is the walkable distance from the Indore railway station. Negative is not having inhouse restaurant but you may Swiggy or Zomato to the hotel. My overall experience was good.

Where to start from…. The staff (including owner) are very humble. Employees are helpful and innocent. Place is pretty clean, rooms are spacious, corridor is nice (u can click pics). Food is very good. Only one gap, service takes time bcoz hotel is new and they wants to recruit good people. So guys be patient. Hotel is around 200mtr away from railway station (PF 4). Doesn’t give rooms to locals. There are 3 ways to enter building as they are on 5th floor. Avoid 32 steps option with luggage. Owner changed n taken over 3-4months back only. Highly recommend.

not at all a good place to stay. fine if u r bachelors but with family, its horrible. the rooms have mould in it, the beds are not clean, the entry way is too sketchy. they did not refund my cashback of 2k either. they straight forward denied that we stayed with them anytime when i applied for my cashback. i had booked online and paid but on arrival they also denied having any bookings under such name, after quite bickering they mysteriously “found” our booking n then made us adjust with smaller rooms despite us booking bigger ones before hand.

Pathetic hospitality. No one to attend guest on time for service Tv not working ,washroom is unhygienic and no water provided . Taps of basin not working Towels and linen were torn for newly opened hotel and damp walls to cover wallpaper Nothing is complimentary.hot kettle is kept with no tea /coffee /cup/glass supplements Owner was very calculative to give pack water of 15rs and delayed service The hotel is in commercial building which is very unhygienic on 5th floor Do not recommend as only interior is done to attract tourist

Not a well maintened management, no coordination between staff, the room service are the WORST, they don't even change the articles after cleaning infact the cleaning are done after you reach the hotel so you have to wait for almost an half a hour after you returned from a hectic dayy. Some Geysers are not working
